This is one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. The team at 99bookstore is extremely unreliable and unprofessional.

I placed an order, and it has not been delivered even after the promised time. There has been no proper communication or clear updates regarding the delay. Customers are left completely in the dark after placing an order.

They fail to deliver on time and do not provide honest or transparent information. It feels like customers are being misled with false promises about delivery timelines. Communication is poor, and there is little to no accountability when issues arise.

I strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this platform. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

They don't original book they simply copy and bind it...I ordered a book and its look like a photo copy of original book

Order delay followed by arrogance on the phone,
Books that were damaged or pirated.

Poor service, no coupons were working, customer care service hopeless ignorant, no one solved my issue and ultimately I ended up not ordering any. If these kind of services exist they will only push nation behind

This seller has been absolutely awful. Item delayed and then recipient address not clearly marked and so returned to sender via Australian courier Aramex. NinetyNineBooks have been terrible to deal with. Customer service repeating the same answer each time and no personalised service. Feels like poor AI. Steer clear, buyer beware. Shop elsewhere!!!

Selling fake books. I wasted a chunk of money. Their fake is so fake even 1st copy looks premium compared to them

99bookstore is amazing platform to buy books in best prize. Genuine seller, I bought 9 books and got in just within 5 days. Packaging was carefully wrapped, Quality of books are amazing along with that they provided 12 unique book marks.

This company is not fair in not providing cancellation facilities immediately before shipment . Even if we send email for cancellation thy don't reply and concede our request.

If you are someone who's just buying the book to read then fine. BUT if you are buying the book to add to your home library or for the quality then this is not the website! They are selling books at such a low price, because it's not the original copy. The books might have spelling mistakes, dented edges, etc. I think this company is catering to people who are not able to afford the original books, so they are making copies to sell at a lower price. The quality of the copies are not as good as the original books. Return and exchange policy is complicated. So think twice before buying from here.

i have been a customer at 99bookstore for more that 6 months, and im happy to recommend anyone buying from that website. BUT you do realize they are giving books at such low price, means there will be some sort of minute compromise in the quality. some books had some spelling mistakes (1-2 max) in the cover pages and sometimes some dust/rough storage signs. but they are on the cover pages, not in any way affecting the inside contents which is important. their delivery is a bit long tho, but hey, for a small startup to give free delivery on INR 599+ orders and such a huge selection of books, ( even manga ) is break even point for me, personally.
long story short, Go for it
