The customer service, progress and incompetence is unbelievable.

I told them
I would be buying 80% of a shared home a while ago . The Memorandum of Sale (MoS) for the house I’m buying has taken so far, at least, 3 months. When it finally came it stated that I was buying 50% 😳😳 contacted them daily since trying to get the MoS changed to 80%. Not even received one response to the multiple of emails…

From start to finish, the whole process was unbelievably smooth, genuinely the easiest property listing experience I’ve ever had. I chose the pay monthly option for Rightmove and the value is exceptional, a fraction of the cost of other agents.
