We hired gaming machines from this company for a family party and couldn’t have been happier. The booking process was easy, and the delivery and set-up team arrived in plenty of time before the event – no last-minute rush at all. They were polite, helpful, and had everything up and running smoothly with no fuss.
The machines themselves were a huge hit with the whole family. Great service from start to finish – would definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking to add something fun to their event.

We booked an arcade kicker for a trade show and they even built a cover and helped us brand it to fit our campaign. Very good communication and pleased with the result! Also, the kicker was a huge sucess at our stand! People queued up to compete.

We hired a pool table for our lounge bar. Communication excellent! Liam was incredibly helpful as to figuring out what was needed and throughout the entire process. Installation prompt and professional. Very good! Pool table is a success.

Excellent equipment, the photo booth, 007 pinball and PAC man arcade created a brilliant atmosphere for our wedding, we had a fantastic day, thank you to the tech guy on hand to amend minor issues with photo booth, this was ideal, thank you so much for your contribution to making our day the happiest of days for all.

Absolutely brilliant.. we hired the Mario Kart for our wedding and it was the best decision ever. Everyone loved it and it was so easy to arrange. Liam was so helpful from start to finish making sure we had everything we needed, he fit in with our timings and access.. really great communication which is what’s needed when your busy planning a big event. The company are extremely professional they came and set up discreetly, everything worked perfectly and they took the equipment away at the end of the night without any disruption.. fantastic. I recommend them to anyone planning an event they really are an excellent company with great customer service. Made our wedding great fun and a little bit different , Thankyou.

We hired 3x Arcade Machines for a corporate event. The communication was easy, delivery and set up was on time and arcade machines where a great hit! We where missing a requested game which wasnt downloaded onto the retro arcade however this was resolved quickly and didnt affect the event. I would recommend A1 Agency for future events.

We hired a number of games machines and tables from A1 Agency for our staff Game Fest afternoon, we were extremely happy with the service we received. From the initial enquiry Ray gave helpful advice and understood our brief well which resulted in a package that was perfect for us. On the day of the event both Liam and Austin were friendly, professional and got everything set up in perfect time. I would recommend A1 Agency without hesitation to anyone thinking of hiring their equipment.

We brought in 4 retro games for a 1980s themed corporate event and oh my goodness did adult eyes light up like kids in a sweet shop! Pac-Man, Space Invaders, Donkey Kong and a whole host of other game options helped roll back the years to mis-spent youth in arcades. With 1 or 2 player options on each, it also brought out friendly competition between colleagues. Such great fun and no complaints whatsoever during booking or set up process. Would definitely recommend.
