Wasted my time.
Placed an order for a range of supplies for a garden patio project. They tell you that they will be in touch in 24-48 hours to confirm delivery time... They won't be.
Having heard nothing after 8 days I phoned to find out what the score was. Someone took a message and told me that someone would be in touch... They weren't.
After another 2 days I phoned up again to request a refund and to cancel the order.. this was dealt with a similar 'yeah, yeah, ok, someone will be in touch'.
I got an email later that morning to say the delivery for HALF my order would be carried out THAT day, and that the other half of my order would be 'refunded as they did not turn up from our suppliers and we haven’t been given a confirmed deliver date'
I phoned them up to AGAIN inform them that I am looking to cancel the order. And that they can either speak to their courier to cancel the delivery, or I would need to refuse delivery.
Again I was told 'yeah, yeah,.. no worries..' and that my full refund was now being processed.
3 weeks later. Still no refund. No money.
I was just about to raise a dispute via PayPal over my transaction and thought I would phone A1 one more time to see what was happening.
Again 'yeah, yeah, ok, that's being processed now'... After 3 weeks. No apology, nothing.
I wait with baited breathe to see if they money actually arrives within 24 hours as informed.
Serious lack of customer care and even manners.
