I’ve had my test today at 8:10, I’ve passed with 0 driving faults, I want to thank manny for believing in me and supported me through out all my lessons gave me the confidence when I didn’t have it myself I’m really pleased with my experience with A1 driving school and especially to my instructor manny he has become like a real friend, thankyou so much I recommend A1 driving school best in Derby☺️

I am really glad and happy that I made the right decision to choose A1 driving academy because the Instructor Manny Usman went above and beyond for my lessons and with that helped and encouraged me a lot to pass first time round with only 3minors. I really recommend this driving school as they will always help you to do your very best till your exam.:)

i had 3 lessons before my test which i wasn’t prepared for faz thankfully took me on and helped me a lot to prepare and be relaxed for my test great instructor and also a great guy

I underwent lessons with Harbir on an automatic car and couldn't be happier. First time driver who had lessons for almost 6 months and was able to pass first time. I was very nervous and cannot fault my instructor for any of his teaching. Truly could not have passed without his help.

I would highly recommend A1 driving academy to anyone wanting to learn how to drive safe and quickly. Very professional approach from the day one. I was so lucky to be assigned to Atif who was very patient and made my 'learn to drive' experience beyond enjoyable and easy. On every lesson Atif was very professional,always on time and always planned ahead which meant I waisted no time. Very thankful to A1 academy and my instructor Atif for helping me get my UK licence.

Can't recommend him enough, I would also recommend his driving lesson videos. It was so much helpful, I watched them again and again till the day before my test. When the driving examiner gave me instructions to go to A6 bridge at the roundabout..I did it so confidently..the whole time I had Manny's video and lessons on my mind! I was also asked to do reverse on the right manuvour, it was perfect.. without Manny's calm guidance it wouldn't have been possible!

I can't thank A1 and Harbir enough for helping me to get my licence. Harbir was very patient, always calm, and helped me so much that when I did take my test, I passed with 0 faults. Which was something I never could imagine doing when I first started my lessons. For anyone looking for a driving instructor I highly recommend A1 and their instructor Harbir.

I passed my driving test ten days before! Big thanks to many usman, Who was a really great instructor. He provided invaluable advice on the test routes manoeuvres and had each lesson enjoyable. Also I started on Monday and passed by Friday.

I’ve had quite a few lessons now with Tashfeen. And she is such an amazing instructor. She is so patient and understanding and she explains things really precisely and makes sure that you understand it. She is always willing to change lessons to suit me best.
And she guided me thoughout all of it

Muazzam was a great instructor, helped me pass 1st time with 2 minors. Went to him after not feeling supported by previous instructors and he has always been supportive from the beginning. Always been very encouraging and explains faults well and been so reassuring during lessons when I struggle. Could not recommend him enough. Thank you Muazzam!!

I came to A1 Driving Academy 2/3 weeks before my test with roughly 28hrs experience in the past. With the help of Tan, I managed to pass first time! She was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor!

Saima was the most amazing instructor I could have wished for. As a very nervous driver who has been learning for years I never thought I would pass first time with only one minor fault. She was so supportive, offering extra lessons on her days off and taking me through lots and lots of mock tests to make sure I felt confident going into the test. I'm so greatful for all her help and cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for an instructor, especially if you're a nervous driver who needs a supportive instructor to encourage them.
