I purchased a BMW XM from A1ortos today. They have a fantastic range of high spec vehicles. Throughout the process Darren was exceptionally professional and accurate in communication. From initial enquiry to finalising by paperwork everything was very simple. The vehicle was exactly as seen online, they held it for me prior to viewing and there was an appreciated level of honesty around the whole experience. Highly recommend dealing with them and if nothing else browse of the showroom is well worth it.

I bought a car last week from A1 Ortos and have to say that the service was seamless. As a lone woman, contemplating buying a car from a dealership I didn’t know was initially daunting but Brett took me through everything with a pleasant smile and even made me coffee, a good one at that!! No question was too difficult for him to answer, and the communication from him by WhatsApp and call were always welcomed. It’s a fantastic car he’s sold me at a very reasonable price. I’d not hesitate to buy from A1 Ortos again in the future. Thank you Brett and team.

Just brought a car from A1 Autos. Really nice place and great customer service couldn’t ask for more from Tony. Helpful from the very start to the finish nothing was too much bother highly recommend. Saw this car on the internet and looked very accurate when we visited it. Tony makes a Stella cup of tea as well.

I recently purchased a Range Rover Evoque from this dealership, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. We travelled around 4 hours to collect the car, and Brett went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for us.

Knowing we had a long journey and limited availability, Brett did everything he could to squeeze the car in for a service so we could collect it on a day that suited us. His communication was excellent throughout.

The Range Rover Evoque was exactly as described, and the whole buying process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. It's rare to find customer service like this these days, and Brett really made the extra effort to ensure everything went smoothly.

Recently purchased a F Pace(love it) and have to say what a 5* service i received. Brett the saleman was very helpfull, professional and most of all non pushey.Would very much recomend Brett and A1 ortos and wish them all the best for the future.

I don’t leave many reviews, but after my recent experience with A1ortos, thought why not.

So I made an enquiry about a new car, explained my budget etc and the guys did everything I expected. There were no countless messages, calls or emails, they literally just got it done and reached back to me. It’s a business I have been pleased dealing with, straightforward with no unnecessary small talks.

On the day of the exchange, I arrived at Artos and Brett met me at the showroom. Really nice facilities, offered me a drink all good. My car a full size Range Rover went in for a check. Thirty minutes passed, then it was getting close to an hour. Brett came over from time to time to keep me updated on the checks.

While waiting I thought that if they do the same thorough checks on every car it’s quite positive and it built some trust in a way, so I wasn’t too bothered about waiting a little longer. I was also exchanging it for another Range Rover, and as Range Rover owners know, they can have their issues. It actually made me feel little better knowing the process they go through when checking cars taken in as part exchanges.

After the checks were finally done the paperwork was quick, details explained, my private plate was taken off, everything was handed over to me, handshake and Im off.

I have now been driving my new Range Rover for a week, and so far so good.

Can’t comment much about after sales experience as there was none yet and I hope it will stay that way, but probably Kenny and Brett wouldn’t leave me hanging anyway.
