Good service from the company but…
Good service from the company but delivery was an issue and very inconvenient. It required the parcel to be delivered to a person. It was effectively only herbal tea, not alcohol, so that was unnecessary. It could have been left in a safe place instead of having to be home.

Outstandingly brilliant!
Looked easy to order, so I did. Six bottles of Brancott Sauvignon Blanc (the best from NZ) for £50, in stock, delivered to my door next day in the sturdiest of cardboard boxes. What a bargain! A great company. Don't hesitate - order now!

Out of date product sent
Out of date product sent, 11/12 bottles of beer had the expiry date rubbed off and only the manufacture date visable. One bottle was still clear enough to see that the beer went out of date over a month ago. Contacted customer services and was told they'd arrange a collection and refund once they had recieved the product back. This was at the end of April. Almost a month later, several emails and phonecalls since and nothing has changed. Trading standards are currently investigating the case.

Good price of Knights cider plus…
Good price of Knights cider plus packaged very well with no dents in cans. Delivery driver handled box with care. Problem with reordering as keep getting blocked. So possibly won’t be able to order again which is disappointing.
