Amazing customer service, they include a handwritten note in every order and leave customers with little gifts in the packages. I tagged them on an instagram post and they sent a message asking if the product was okay. The only thing they could inprove on is the time it takes then to send you your order.

I couldn't of asked for friendlier staff. 10/10 experience, will buy from again :)

As far as I have been told A7 internationally are a good brand. However the management of the UK sector of A7 if absolutely awful.
They sent multiple low quality products that were faulty and torn, then tried to refuse to resolve the issues until arguing back and forth for multiple days whilst changing their minds again and again and lying about how they would resolve the issues.
Products are pretty overpriced for what they are really shorts should be at most £35 and the T-shirts at most £20 anything more for the quality is a real rip off.
Customer service then said some rubbish about being “A7 Family” and tried to say I was in the wrong for complaining that the items they sent me were faulty.

All in all I would urge people to choose alternative powerlifting brands and not deal with the UK branch of A7 until they have new management that genuinely care about product quality control and customer satisfaction I spent over £600 on items from them in the space of a couple months only for them to be rude and dismissive so I would not recommend to anyone who takes their lifting seriously.

Edit: Reply from Owen below is yet more lies he eventually offered an exchange and when I accepted he then changed his mind for no reason and was rude.

Also I was not once abusive to staff in any way what so ever it seems he is a compulsive liar.

I have screen shots of the entire email thread ready to be posted online showing how unprofessional Owen is and that he has lied numerous times.

Excellent customer service. I had a fault with one pair of shorts I have purchased from A7, they immediately offered a replacement and have been efficient in exchanging the item. Their training products are great, comfortable and practical for heavy lifting.

A7 are a top tier Powerlifting Brand.

The Wrist Wraps are awesome. My wrists dont hurt after heavy 200kg+ Squats.
Helped me achieve my new IPF Bench Comp PB.

Meet Day Tshirt and Singlet are made from the finest materials. The material is well constructed, ain't shiny or slippy but keep you looking drippy. Has a bit of Grip inside the hem of the singlet, hugs the thighs better than your girl can. I especially love the contrast design on the side of the Singlet from armpit to thigh. It ensures the refs can see the depth creases and not to leave you with red lights crying in pieces.

Demand Greatness from your Deadlift long socks they stay up from warm up to 3rd attempt.

Never used knee sleeves before. More experienced with Wraps when I went Heavy in the past. But since discovering them, purchasing them and training in them for the best part of a year. They are now a mainstay of pretty much every training and comp day. When you Squat 3 times a week you don't want something that's a chore to put on and take off. A7 measure true to size, so get that tape measure and measure those thighs. Don't be that guy sizing down only to constantly be asking can you help me get these on or off my thighs. They do what they're meant to do keep your knees warm not clicky. Give you a pop out the hole from training to compatishy. They're Machine washable and don't shrink at 40⁰c to keep em smelling fresh and not funky.

Lastly I purchased the front Squat bar Grip top. In an attempt to try and get me front Squat more often than not. It's so grippy that it makes me stick to the bar or Bench like glue even to wear this number on a night out a boo might stick to me too!
