BAD EXPERIENCE
Absolutely terrible experience with this company. I was never informed about the need to register or file my corporate tax return no emails, no messages, nothing. Because of their negligence, I received a AED 10,000 fine. When I asked them to do something it’s always let me check with so and so. They have no idea what they’re doing.
After that, I asked them to handle the registration and filing, which I paid for. They registered my company but failed to file the return, resulting in an additional AED 500 daily fine. When I questioned them, they gave excuses like “we need more money” or “we’re waiting for your certificate to return.”
This company is completely unprofessional and unreliable, they have no proper knowledge or system in place. I strongly advise others not to use their services, as you’ll end up dealing with unnecessary stress, penalties, and wasted money. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

Nishad and A &A associates.
It was a mistake i made dealing with Nishad ,He has his own team in the firm.He told me the express work is only three weeks and it is almost three months now and yet the account is not open.The acxount submission initiated August 1 and still continuing and no follow up and no customer satisfaction.This person never answers the calls and Until gat paid in full he never missed the calls or text.For the express service he charged me 44000 plus AED. I am frustrated.we seek this kind of servkce thinking they will treat us as they are . But it is wrong. I am from Canada i spent a lot for this and i infact went to complete the process but nothing happened .when i was about to return on August 6 he said in r days you will have the account opening will be completed. NOTHING BUT LIES AGAIN.

Very disappointing experience with A&A…
Very disappointing experience with A&A Associate.
They are our appointed channel partner through RAKEZ, but instead of supporting us, they have made things extremely difficult. Whenever we requested any service or documentation, they either delayed the process or asked for excessive charges, sometimes even double the normal cost.
On top of that, they refused to provide us with a simple NOC so we could deal directly with RAKEZ. This lack of professionalism, transparency, and support has caused us a lot of frustration and unnecessary delays in running our business.
If you are looking for a reliable service provider, I strongly recommend avoiding A&A Associate.

We engaged A&A Associates for business…
We engaged A&A Associates for business setup in the UAE, expecting a professional and legally sound process. Unfortunately, our experience was riddled with poor communication, misleading commitments, and financial loss.
Despite numerous follow-ups, the company charged us before any formal contract was signed. This violates standard business practice and was done without securing clear client consent. We later discovered that the documents shared with us lacked transparency about refund policies, registered agent change options, and license activity details. These should have been disclosed before payment.
Furthermore, when we raised concerns and requested a refund, we were given the runaround. The company blamed “internal approvals” while holding our funds hostage for weeks. There was no sense of urgency or accountability — even though no services were rendered. Only after escalating the issue repeatedly (and warning of police complaints) did they initiate partial action, wasting valuable time and causing unnecessary stress.
We also flagged specific misleading terms in their draft agreements — particularly the inability to change registered agents, the non-refundable fee structure regardless of service delivery, and the vague breakdown of fees. None of these were explained clearly in advance, and any negotiation attempt was met with resistance.
Despite receiving our refund after heavy pressure, they still deducted around $60 unjustly, keeping money for a service that was neither delivered nor properly contracted — which amounts to financial misconduct in our view.
I do not recommend working with this company unless they overhaul their processes and respect proper contractual and ethical business practices. If you value clear communication, legal protection, and transparency — look elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs – a trap, not a service.
Dealing with this company has been one of the worst business decisions I’ve ever made. Once you sign up, you’re locked in—good luck trying to get out. They bury everything in fine print and make the cancellation process intentionally difficult, if not impossible.
I’ve submitted multiple requests to end my service, all of which have been ignored. They have no interest in helping clients—only in keeping people stuck on their books for annual renewals. It feels less like a service provider and more like a trap.
If you’re looking for transparency, professionalism, or basic respect as a customer—this is not the place. Steer clear.

I would strongly advise against working with A&A Associates. Their staff is incredibly unprofessional, and their procedures are completely unclear. It’s nearly impossible to get a straight answer from them, and they seem to constantly change their information, making it impossible to trust anything they say.
Even worse, their practices are highly questionable and do not seem ethical at all. Be very careful when dealing with them, as they appear to be more interested in misleading clients than providing real services.
The chairman, A. Philips, is the worst of them all—completely untrustworthy and not someone you should do business with. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from A&A Associates.

Stay very clear of this company
Stay very clear of this company. Their service is terrible.
I got my business license set up with them. When I wanted to get my VISA, I messaged them 5 times and messaged 3 different people to help me. Everyone ignored me. So I decided to choose another company to setup my visa. Then it got rejected as AA put a clause on my business license that only they can setup my visa.
So they made it so only they can setup my visa and they ignore me when I repeatedly asked them for this service. Now I have asked them to remove this clause and get an NOC and they are ignoring me again on WhatsApp and calls. So I’m being fined now every day I’m here and they don’t seem to care at all. Malavika who works there doesn’t care at all and just ignores me, it’s laughable how bad I’m being treated.
Go with another company that actually cares about their customers, I don’t know what to do now

Behavior after sale by advisor not good enough. plus delay
let me share my quite unsatisfactory experience with your team Sadia Perween.
She is good in convincing people to avail services. Follow up is done from beginning And the delivery is delay. after closing deal and only submitted my documents and attented to my application late. only when i followed up after a week i only started receiving messages related to my application. I am not so sure what took her a week or more to submit when i was fast enough sending what requested from me. She seem sounded like annoyed when i followed up. Since she is done on her part, i should not bother her.
Her tone is like after replying after days is like this. Someone already assigned to you right? sound like why bother sending her a message. Such a way to behave. Not a quite a good impression after her causing delay. After she done with her sales and handed you over, she took time to reply and wont answer call. Well, i dont need her to resolve my issues. Atleast to see in her that she has some decency to respond with my question and show some care as i am worried coz that day the dedicated person was not replying thats why i messaged her. she only replied after 3 days. I wont bother sending her a message if i see that someone really is efficient enough and keen to look after my application. But turns out for me to see something moving is i had to follow up. Coz at first i was trusting your ETA, but when i am seeing that you are taking more than the ETA then i had to do something. Coz i doubt that govt will delay and which i also understand the timeframes but seems your company contributes to delay. Ofcourse they would say its not on us we are waiting for approval. But actually i noticed when i follow up, government is fast enough to reply. And imagine i am the first one to update first of what has been completed to proceed to next step. Is someone really attending to my application to make it shorter than 5 to 6 weeks to finish?
Before it only took 10 days in other company to get everything done and note that there was a weekend and holiday. So dont us as an excuse the government.
And most that i am unhappy and upset about is your staff Sadia Perween how she behaves like she dont care after she convinced me. Not a good role model of company.
Tell to your staff Sadia Perween that she can do better that not responding and after few days replying that someone is assisting me right? sounded like i am bothering her.
This is the most that i am upset about.

2024 biggest regrets of mine will be giving company formation in ajman freezone work to AA Consultancy .. They give me time line of 5-7 days from start to finish but took 1 Month 23 days to finish the process .. People taking care of my company formation were Relesh , Malvika , Adnan & Anila .. call them they will never pick the phone up but if send whatsapp or email may be some time they will reply / have to say really busy people.
I was told in the beginning AA Team will be working for me and I will be receiving regular updates about my company's formation from them on regular basis but didn't receive any updates , in the end I was calling by myself ajman freezone to check the progress everyday for over a month after that was calling Immigration too for emirates id status .. so in the end all the work I was doing all the work by myself so still clueless what was AA Team was for
To the owner , are these all regular guys or the part timer working for you ?? Should be mandatory for AA staff to pick up clients phone whenever he/she calls but they were like call any nos of time but we will not pick your call whatsoever.

Please stay away
No one pics the call or take accointability on opening the license , the blame game starts after you start follow up , the executive who works on your license had no clue on what he is doing , they have no idea on the license procedures, so i tried booking a call so that some one can hear me out ,but ended up getting 4 sales calls one by one no one was ready to hear me other than proposing a new business, one lady Sadaf was very very rude and loud on the phone , could mention ..antonym of customer service making you feel ridiculed.. Paid in full for the license 2 months ago , until now begging for it ......

Bunch of Crooks and corrupts
Stay away from them. Very unprofessional, no response after getting the money. They don't answer calls. They don't give any advice nor any suggestion.

No communication, no refund.
After assuring us of a service that they were then unable to provide we requested a refund. The company confirmed they would provide the refund once we completed the paperwork which we did.
A month after requesting the refund with numerous unanswered calls and emails we are still waiting for the refund.
