I cannot get my order to move forward, lack of communication on how to do the recommendation upgrade to 48 colors, issues with website payment process, and finally had to pay through a PayPal request and they have my money and the process has stalled out!

Finally received communication and order is complete and being expedited. Rating will be adjusted when I actually receive it. To be continued….

My painting has arrived as ordered today, appears to be correct , tube it was sent in was bent so canvas is going to need to be ironed first. Condition of paints yet to be determined.

I ordered a few items they sent the wrong order their chat does not answer I sent a few emails no response I don’t think this is a good or real company

Ordered on 12/8 with express shipping. Have not heard anything since. No responses to my inquiries. They have my money but I don't have the product or any communication.
12/31 update- received the product. Wish there was communication/responses about its tracking, like they said they would send.

No information on delivery since Dec 8. Ordered on Dec 3. Attempted to contact with no response. Starting to believe it's a scam.

Update: Finally received info on the shipment. Looks like it had already shipped I just wasn't updated on that. Bumped up to three stars for now and will try to update it once I get the product.

Great customer service they was very helpful in selecting the right size for each photo and the right amount of paints.

I ordered a custom piece and I’m very happy with it. The suppliers are very responsive via email and tough it took a while to get to me in the UK, It’s great quality, comes packaged in a nice tube and I had enough paints to complete it. Will definitely buy another custom piece!

I ordered a custom painting and when I was having a hard time finding it I was able to message them and got instant responses. They recommended I upgrade to a bigger picture and more colors for it to look more realistic. I am very happy with the customer support. I can't wait to get my painting to start it.

With the pandemic I was trying to find something new to do and found out about Aanabana.com from a video review from Melanie Creative Studio. I wanted something with meaning and ordered a custom painting of my puppies. So happy I did and having so much fun watching it coming to life. When I received the package it was wrapped really well and the canvas, paints and brushes are top quality. Just placed my 2nd order for 2 custom paintings and beyond happy with my purchases.

My husband ordered a custom paint by number of our beloved pet of 17 years that crossed the rainbow bridge for me. The canvas came rolled and was a joy to paint. The details and color match was amazing! I'm glad to have such a beautiful reminder of him in our home! Thank you Aanabanna!!!

1) GREAT customer service! I had a couple questions and got them ALL answered within 5 minutes. (The phone # wasn't working, but the "Live Chat" worked perfect.)
2) The paints are smooth and cover very well.
3) The paint brush is...OK. I'm an artist, so will probably use mine instead.
4) The custom design (using my own photo) looks WONDERFUL! So nice to be able to paint from one of my favorite photos.
5) Paint bins were full.

I'll come back & leave another comment when I'm all done. I've only painted the swatch guide so far.

I’ve had three custom paintings and about four more painting requests from this company. The reason I keep on coming back for my paint by number needs from Aanabanana are because of the quality of their canvas, the shipping speed is awesome and most especially the quality of their paints. The colors of the paint is just so vibrant, the consistency of the paint is so easy to work with, and I don’t need to reapply just to get to the color I want. Definitely getting more of my custom-made paint by numbers done by them again.

Best company out there for PBNs! I have purchased somewhere between 20 and 30 kits from Aana Banana. Their quality is great - good detail, fabulous opaque paints, and AWESOME customer service! I have ordered 7 custom portraits of my dogs and have been thrilled with all of them!
