This is the biggest scam company I have ever seen no basic human sense and they are cheater fools they made you to do work and deny your payment my advice don't work

I worked for Aashirvad Technologies for almost six months. The issue is, they never treated anyone with basic human respect. They constantly pressured us to make calls and generate sales, and even that wasn’t enough—they also denied us our salaries, deducting arbitrary amounts as they pleased.

I took unpaid leave for my exams because they are so stingy that they don't offer paid leave. When I returned from my exams, they informed me that they had officially documented my leave.

To make matters worse, the company isn’t even registered with the government. The lady boss, Rakhee, told me that they wouldn’t pay me the remaining salary I had worked hard for, often staying up through the night. And I’m not the only one affected. They’ve scammed around 30-40 people, making them work for a week or two, only to later claim they’re not good enough and refuse payment.

This company, especially the owners Rakhee and Prosenjit Bose, is running a massive scam.

Fraud company. Never ever take any employment or service from them. They have removed 10 plus people without payment after working for night shift.

Prosenjit and Rakhee both doesn't know basic English grammar but running USA Based company itself is fraud n very funny.

When asked for salaries, they will taunt you, tease you, make baseless excuses and harrases until you turn against them and then finally remove you without any payment. Shame on you people, better both beg and earn . Rakhee with beggar voice tone try to treat everyone like slipper. People with no standards.

The teams I hired in the past are still questioning me. Spam as much as possible so that nobody gets cheated in the name of WFH anymore.
