Really enjoyed the training session. Trainer was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had.

Mike is a friendly and knowledgeable trainer who has been running First-Aid courses for Scout Leaders in our District for many years. He keeps himself up-to-date and makes the courses interesting with various anecdotes. His knowledge of the various do's and dont's in a Scouting environment is particularly useful.

I had not attended a first aid course before and found this one extremely informative and detailed, the presenter was most friendly making some parts humorous but also made sure we understood the seriousness of the subject. Fully recommended.

Course was well run, delivered professionally and clearly. Instructor knew subject matter well and interacted with the group well and was inclusive.

Fantastic training session and I would highly recommend the content, delivery and company. I would certainly use them again for future training as the day was well presented all round and I would highly recommend Abacus Training as a provider. The only reason it is not a 5 star review is that the location was very tired especially the toilets.

The training that I received over the course of 5 days was very in depth and will massively help within my career as a fire fighter and also away from work and in my personal life.
