Abacus always do a great job cleaning our windows, they let us know the day before what time they will be coming which is helpful for us so we know when to unlock our back gate. Luke and his colleagues are always friendly and polite when they are here

Excellent service from a couple of professionals, they cleaned my gutters, fascias, soffits and cladding and did it superbly - house looks like new!

They kept missing a window on their visit, when I told them about it, they said they would make sure it’s cleaned the next time. The next time, it wasn’t cleaned again, when I addressed this to them they said it was black mould so it would need a more intense clean they can’t achieve with their high tech window cleaning gear. However, a wet paper towel cleaned it just fine. They were quite rude about my unhappiness with their cleaning quality, and refused to come back, so I had to resort to sending them video evidence of how effective a wet paper towel was at cleaning this supposed black mould that required intense cleaning, they then begrudgingly agreed to return, and when they did return, still didn’t clean it properly. So, I asked to cancel their services as I was not happy with the cleaning quality and the rude customer service, they demanded I pay them in full for their last insufficient clean, I paid just to get rid of them.

Had a great experience today with this company, Aaron came to clean my windows and was very polite and did everything I asked of him to his upmost best

We recently had our windows and gutters cleaned by abacus, after trying out a few companies we finally found a professional reliable window cleaner who does a fantastic job, thanks to Tom and his partner who done a very professional job, a credit to the company, recommended to our family and friends.

First effort was poor, cleaner was rushed and had to come back and do them again, after which they were tolerable. Six weeks later, cleaner didn't turn up on day scheduled, Friday, I put this down to rain. Week later they chased me for payment. I told them they had not come. They said they came on Wednesday. They didn't, I work from home. I was also staring through a dirty window. Then they implied I owed them something by saying they'd "wipe off the debt".

We had our windows cleaned by abacus for the 1st time today, they are so clean with no smears and window sills are all gleaming. I’ve never seen them so clean, fantastic job. Thank you so much 👏👏👏

Window cleaning ok in terms of quality.

Service was cancelled by Abacus without consultation when the team were asked to request permission to park on my private driveway. The house was occupied but basic courtesy not attempted and poor attitude displayed. Contact with Abacus later revealed this uninformed cancellation and no attempt to ameliorate.

My new window cleaners provide a better overall quality of clean so a blessing in disguise.

I changed window cleaners 6 months ago and since then Euan has been coming and does a great job every time.

Stop sending me unsolicited junk mail. It's 2022, if I want a window cleaner the I'll open a web browser and use a search engine to find one. Why on earth are you using cutting down trees to post glossy adverts through my door which go straight in the bin.

Some of the best window cleaners about as far as they go. Windows always look great, always seems a bit weird that the purified water they use cleans them so well!
