The price was the main attraction for me, wanted something budget friendly. Didn't get any more communication between order confirmation and then choosing a delivery date, so don't panic if you don't hear anything for a few days. Ordered on a Wednesday and delivered the following Thursday, right in time for Easter. Lovely sofa for the £399 price. Came in 2 boxes and needed feet adding which was a doddle. Firm but comfy to sit on. Perfect for someone who hasn't got a big budget or for a first home. The delivery was easy to arrange and the driver kept in contact.

All the family have said the sofa corner unit is very comfortable, and looks more expensive than the price paid.

Ordered a corner sofa on the 21st March and had confirmation it would be delivered within 7 working days.
Had no updates so called them on Monday 30th March only to be told it has been delayed.
Still have not received any update in writing to confirm there is a delay and no apology either. Still waiting. Not great customer service or feedback so far.
Hopefully will get the sofa before Christmas 2026 😳 and can only pray that it is worth the wait.

Ordered a corner sofa, was a little dubious but trusted the reviews. Date has come and gone for delivery and no contact from anyone. I called the company direct and spoke to customer service, who were very abrupt with me when asking about the date of delivery. I am still waiting a week on and still no contact from the company about what is going on. So far I am very disappointed in the overall service.

I ordered for my Daughter via Debenhams an Abakus Direct large jumbo cord sofa and I am
totally disappointed and embarrassed, its flimsy not as high up as it looks and it’s just wood and thin material. I purchased it for my Daughter because other suppliers were 5 weeks wait but wish I had waited. Thought it was just a case of clipping on the three pieces because a corner unit but we have to drill the attachments on ourselves on the middle part of the sofa. Not good when this should be ready to clip together for £745 I am totally disappointed and wish I could get a new one out of embarrassment. Never again!
Now it’s all be assembled and packaging taken off there is a massive tear in the bottom of the small corner piece, it really is a shambles and not worth the money.

Ordered a new corner sofa from here! Perfect I love it! Such an upgrade from my old 2 seater! Delivery men said they were only supposed to bring it to the ground floor and I was top floor so they did bring it up for me and I gave them a tip for doing so as I would not have been able to do that myself! Thabkyou I love my new sofa 🙂

Really impressed with the service provided. Bought the jumbo cord corner sofa in brown Wednesday night and we received an option to book a delivery time slot the following Thursday for delivery on Friday. Sofa arrived as planned on the Friday and the delivery driver even phoned in advanced with an expected time. I got in contact with customer service on the Monday to get an idea of expected delivery and he was extremely helpful and friendly. The delivery driver brought the boxes in to the house and was really helpful and kind. He gave instructions on how to put it together which was really quick and easy. The brown looks even better in person and so far the couch is comfortable with pillows included.
