it was my first time buying from this company. the abaya we ordered was a gift and arrived much earlier than the estimated date. as i was on holiday, we couldn’t check if the abaya fitted until after we came back and the return period was over.

the abaya was too small to fit over her shoulders, which is shocking as her build is very small, leaving me wondering who this abaya was made to fit.

i contacted customer services, acknowledging the return date passed by but checking if an exchange would be possible. i emailed twice and send a message through the website, as it has been ALMOST A MONTH and no reply.

not only is it ridiculous that the dress just doesn’t fit, but the lack of customer service is shocking.
