My advice to anyone is DO NOT order. Abbey London is not a legit company.
The items do not have Abbey London labels on, they are not as advertised, the material is cheap nylon (not cotton) and the list goes on.
"Abbey London" expects the items to be returned to China at my own cost, even though the packaging advises return address is London. If you don't want to return the items you can keep them for a 20% refund! Absolutely shocking company and I will be returning to the London address and expect a full refund.

The quality of the product was very poor. Poorly constructed, poorly pattern matched and poorly screen printed on top.of the fabric. Its made of polyester, (not cotton as stated on the original description). So it doesn't hang right. Also over priced for what actually arrived. I therefore recieved just over 6 pounds refund, for 2 garments that cost over 60 pounds.
I tried to get a refund. I was offered 10.per cent, or could get a full refund if I sent it back to China , and no guarantee of arrival.unless it was tracked. The estimated cost 300 to 500 dollars. I felt the company name was deceptive, as it implied a UK base ( therfore more accessible for returns). I feel.there needs to be more honesty and clarity about the returns policy on the advert. Very disappointed. !! Strongly do not recommend any one buys their products

Should have red the reviews before ordering, my own fault, wasted my money. Ordered two dungarees- jeez, the Quality… well, there’s no Quality in them - cheap crap. No point to send them back… please folks, read reviews before placing an order… that is the last time I ordered online.. ( popped up on FB ) never again 🤨

I would give this company a minus score if it was available.
Ordered 2 pairs of cotton dungarees. They were polyester and spandex. Awful printed design, nothing like the picture you see.
They have a London address and returns address, but are based in China.
When I tried to return they offered me a 10% refund and keep the goods, or I could return to China at my own cost (£27).
I opened a dispute with Paypal, but they weren't interested as they say goods were what I ordered, even if they have been misleading with their advertising.
I held out and eventually got 50% refund from Abbey and kept the shoddy dungarees. Sure they will come in handy as polish cloths or for gardening clothes.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I believe this situation needs to be investigated, as the product I received is completely different from what was advertised and what I ordered. I have attached pictures showing the difference between the advertised item and the item delivered.
Instead of providing a full refund for an order that was not supplied as described, I was offered only a 10% refund or a discount towards another purchase. I was also told that I would have to pay expensive return shipping costs myself to receive a full refund.
This is not acceptable. Customers should not have to pay for a mistake made by a company. I have already raised my concerns with the fraud department because I believe this transaction requires further investigation.
I am still requesting my full refund immediately and I hope other customers are aware of this experience before placing an order

I ordered a pair of dungarees advertised as being made from COTTON material. When they arrived they are made from Polyester/Spandex.
Extremely poor quality, when I asked for a refund they said I had to pay to return them to China.
I said they were selling under false advertising and I have now opened a dispute with PAYPAL.
I have already paid delivery for an mis sold item & I refuse to pay to send back something I would not have ordered had I known it was not Cotton.
DO NOT TRUST THEM. You have been warned.

Please do not buy anything from this company Abbey London. The garments are of very, very poor quality, mix-guided advertising on items, and not even worth a couple of pounds sterling. To return any item it has to be sent by tracking aboard which you have to pay and costs a high price. I have sent a number of emails asking for a full refund and a pre paid returns label. But I’m getting nowhere. They are breaking all advertising laws in this country the UK and need to be stopped. I also think they have a number of companies under different names so please everyone be careful and do not use this company.

As with everyone I have been scammed.
My advise please report to Trading standards through Citizens advice. Hopefully one day this/ these companies will be stopped trading.
Shame on the companies that allow these people to advertise and mislead people.

I would score this company minus stars if I could. The dungarees look to be excellent quality on the website, claiming to be a cotton blend. They’re actually labelled as polyster and spandex and are very poor imitations of the images shown online. The print is blurry, the fabric is flimsy, the buckles are different and remnants of previous labels were still stitched inside. Customer service did not respond to my emails and only reached out once the bank got involved. My claim-back was successful and I was refunded the full amount. I would encourage everyone to take this route. I was so grateful to one of the other Trustpilot reviewers for mentioning the claim-back in their review. I would have ended up losing my money, and more, attempting to get a refund by returning the shoddy goods to China (over £20). It took me an age to get a return address at all. Cathlene, at their customer service insists it’s for me to pay for the return and customs fees. According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if items are ‘not as described’ the company is responsible for return postage. It also states that the items should be returned to the retailer, not the manufacturer ie to London, not China. I have submitted all the details and photos to Citizens Advice too, as they liaise with Tracing Standards. Again, I would encourage everyone to do this too. This despicable ‘company’ needs closing down.

Ok my partner ordered some dungarees from this place, she thought she was buying from a UK store but its not, theyre in Bejing, China.
The quality is totally dire and nothing like what they advertise, it shows the model with turned up legs, however, it's impossible to turn them up because it's a cheap flimsy material which wont hold as a turn up.
She looks like a clown in them, they're not even the correct material which is shown on their adverts.
This company are just scammers and I'm currently going through paypal to retrieve my money, they wanted me to return them to China and i think they know its not going to happen and so keep your money ... never again

The two pairs of Dungarees l bought were awful quality and took 6 weeks to arrive.
Printed polyester and badly done too, not a good cotton content as l hoped.
Returning them to China was too much of a problem,so l took to the charity shop and felt embarrassed to be donating such rubbish.

Like everyone else already said this is a scam. I wish I had checked the reviews before. The pair of jeans I ordered looked nothing like in the photos, they were shapeless, made with cheap fabric and are not even denim. Now they’re telling me I have to pay $30 for return shipping or take a 10% discount. I wonder how and where we can report them.

This is a scam company, do not buy from them. On ordering it seems like you are ordering from a British company, when in fact the goods are shipped from China. The dungarees are nothing like the ones shown in the ad. Very inferior material & quality. When asking to return, they advise shipping costs of £30 - £50 or a 20% refund.

The dungarees you see on Instagram or other adverts are misleading. They look like crisp cotton but are in fact cheap jersey. The print on mine was so poor the sheep had no eyes and their faces were blurred. Also the pattern placement was so poor that my dungarees have only partial sheep legs down the front due to a seam. I asked how I could return them and they said it would be my expense to ship them back to China. They increased their alternative offer for a partial refund with no need to return from 10% to 20% which I took. Lesson learned is that you cannot trust any of these online companies. Don’t waste your money.

Product is totally unwearable, material is very bad quality, sizing is way out, medium is about size 22.
Have a look on TEMU. That's where they got them from. Only £11.75 there.

Stay away from this scam company!
Dungarees not as described, polyester not cotton as advertised. When I complained I was told I could return them at my expense or accept 10% refund. I said that wasn't good enough so they offered 20%. I accepted but still hadn't recieved the refund 5 weeks later. After asking where it was it was sent that week.

Unfortunately I didn’t look on Trustpilot before ordering. Luckily I paid via PayPal.
The dungarees were dreadful, stretchy material not fit for purpose, far too big and looked like seams would fall apart not even with raw edges.
No where on the website does it give a return address, I emailed to inform them I will be returning so repackaged and used the UK return address on their label and 48 hour tracked delivery. Their return email offered 10% refund! then 6 days after original email reply said return to an address in China! I informed them they had already been returned to the UK address +provided them with tracking details. They refused a refund. I opened a case with PayPal and they ruled in my favour with a full refund.
Do not buy from this company, they are a scam, hiding under their name which implies UK based and their products are totally unwearable.

The quality is awful and the items received were not well-presented in the photos. Have been trying to get a refund. They have offered 20% without returning them. 30% discount on more things or full refund if I send the items back to China. None of these are sufficient and I will be contacting my bank next to see if we can do something more official. Do not use this company.

The dungarees are made with rubbish material and won't do refund unless you send them to China which you have to pay charges and won't guarantee they receive them, SCAM
