Stephen was excellent from start to finish. He explained everything fully and even offered for us to call him on many occasions if we didn't understand anything.

Stephen was so helpful throughout our remortgage process. He has a way of explaining complicated things so you understand them. He is also realistic and honest. He was always ahead on admin and we never needed to wait on him. He is professional but not intimidating and always went above and beyond to help us work things through.
