As someone who has always been a petrified patient when it comes to dental visits, I cannot express enough how Abbey House Dental has helped with my experience. From the moment you walk in, the reception team makes you feel incredibly welcome, easing any initial anxieties.

The environment is absolutely stunning and designed to make you feel relaxed. One of the standout features for me was the ceiling screens playing underwater scenes – a brilliant touch that truly aids in relaxation.

A special mention goes to Milan, Megan, and Alys, whose hands I felt utterly safe and relaxed in whilst being sedated. Their professionalism and compassionate care are exceptional, making even the most nervous patients like myself feel at ease.

Overall, Abbey House Dental combines a welcoming atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and a highly skilled team to create a dental experience that is both calming and top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone, especially those who are usually anxious about dental visits.

I would definitely give this zero stars, very bad customer service and they are not true to there words, it’s now coming onto 3 month, I haven’t heard anything from the management team, who I was told to expect a call from, have kept our money and nobody has reimbursed us, they had never explained anything properly to us, and when I did bring this up with 2 different members of staff, will mention no names, they was actually embarrassed and just passed the book on to the manager who was supposed to have called me to resolve this issue, I would definitely advise anyone don’t bother, what a scam of a company vey bad customer service, they kept our mother’s £20 who is an old age pensioner, they should be ashamed of themselves 🤷🏽‍♂️

Very limited appointments. Had work done by one dentist at abbey and it was causing severe pain and was told to go back to the other dentist at abbey as they don’t sort out the issues even though they caused them. Will be charged everytime you need to be seen for complications/pain from treatment done by them. Left in pain for weeks due to availability, only got seen sooner after talking to the manager. Always late seeing you for your appointment or will cancel on you with less than 30 mins notice. Wouldn’t recommend.

Wonderful experience at this dental surgery- extracted two teeth for my 10 year old and the dentist was amazing with her. Very patient and kind. Performed the procedure beautifully with both teeth coming out in one piece.
Would 100% come here again - fabulous - thank you very much.

Shocking. Still waiting after 6 weeks of contacting the practice/manager regarding a complaint. Communication is awful - along with negligence to mh 15 year old son

I approached Abbey House Dental as I was looking for a dentist who had good experience providing quality dental implant and also could provide all services on site (including CAT scan). Now after 2.5 months, my implants are complete and I am very happy.

This dentist is modern, professional, friendly and provides an excellent level of service, with everything clearly explained and no hidden costs. A big thank you to Mr Abdul Nasser who led my treatment - would highly recommend

Abbey House Dental is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. After being insecure about my smile for a long time, I decided to take the leap and invest in Invisalign to improve my confidence. Dr Kal was my dentist and from the get go he was welcoming, lovely and honest when it came to what needed to be done. My treatment was around 6-8 months long which FLEW by and I'm so so happy with the results, i'm so much more confident now, I can actually smile and laugh without feeling insecure 😂

You can tell how passionate Kal is about what he does as well which reassures you that he wants the best results too. Overall had such a good experience and would recommend Invisalign to anyone who feels down about their smile! They offer 0% finance options that make it super affordable for anyone really & whitening is included in the price 😌

Also the building is really nice & they play spa music in reception which is a bonus for nervous patient like me.

Overall 5 star experience 🙏🏻

I'm still having invisalign treatment with AHD, and I'm so thrilled about the results and the process. However, I get really frustrated that every time bar one, I've never been seen on time. Even today, my appointment was 12.30pm and by 1pm, I'm still not seen. The longest was 50 minutes. Poor service, especially when you need to make the time back at work. The actual service they offer is great, but based on the customer service side of things, I wouldn't use them again.

My 17 year old son experienced an accident whilst training at his football club requiring immediate dental attention.

The reception staff were brilliant and extremely proffesional in accommodating an appointment that day enabling Max to see Bobby.

Max was quite anxious and in pain, he was made to feel relaxed as soon as he arrived. He came out with a great big smile on his face and said that Bobby was amazing and repaired the damaged teeth there and then confirming that it wasn't anywhere near as bad as it could have been. He returns next week to check up on the work he carried out.
