So look guys i buy 2 youtube premium in jan for 12 months its 9 month the account is stopped for one time but when i reach support they ask me to give order id which i provided they reactivated the account in 12 hours , so the thing this things happen sometime although everything is smooth.

Bought a yearly service

Bought a yearly service, code was sent to approve to login again after a month. Logged a ticket as no service order was required. No support was provided and is very rude when contacted via message support.
Stay clear from this seller as he will run with your money. He might well be using stolen credit cards. Don't get caught in his scam, he will not provide any services.
Have reported his Himachal website registration to Cert-in org along with Cyber Crime Portal.

Failed to support and blocked my contact

Dear all, this is to raise awareness about recent interactions with Abhishek Sharma urf Abbu (abbusharma.in) regarding OTT subscriptions and related support. After taking OTT subscription trust has been affected due to repeated issues and unprofessional responses.

Over the past weeks, there were multiple problems with YouTube (continuously two months).
Despite following up calmly and regularly, recent replies were arrogant, and my contact was blocked. The refund has not been processed, and the OTT subscription issue remains unresolved.

Please be cautious before purchasing any subscription from him. If an issue cannot be managed or supported, it should not be sold as a service. In several cases, monthly subscriptions were presented as yearly, allegedly due to his payment setup issue, which caused interruptions.

I had a problem with my YouTube Premium subscription. He added me to a family group, but I had purchased a one-year personal plan with no monthly renewal. However, after only one month, my account ended. When I followed up, he told me that due to some account and payment issues, the family account had been suspended.

He then asked me to share another email address so he could add me to a different group, saying that Google’s policy prevented him from adding my existing email. After that, I contacted Google and requested a special case. They removed the restriction, and I informed him again to add me to another group using the same email address. He eventually added me, but after one month, the same issue happened again.

I sent him messages and waited for more than 24 hours, then called him, but he blocked my account and did not refund my money. This shows how poorly he treated me and the kind of service he provided.

Edit: First of all, I raised a concern about the YouTube subscription. However, what you are trying to hide and shift the focus to is the Netflix issue, which is also not my fault.

Nowhere in the message history was it mentioned that I should add a security option for Gmail, because it is your Gmail account, not mine. So why should I add my personal details as a security option for your account?

With regard to the YouTube subscription, I first raised the issue via chat. After receiving no response, I followed up with a phone call. Rather than addressing the concern, I was then removed and blocked from your group and social media platforms, which I find both unprofessional and unfair.

The main issue here is that you are not accepting your mistake and are always blaming the customer and us for the problem. If the payment option had been properly set up in your account, this kind of issue would not have occurred.
If I am wrong, then why have the same incidents happened to other people, leading them to raise similar issues?

This indicates the subscription was valid and working properly during that period. It is not correct to now shift the blame onto me after such a long duration of successful use.

I completely understand your frustration, but it’s important to separate policy changes by service providers (like YouTube and Netflix) from my responsibility. My role was to provide access as per the plan, which I did. External policy changes or restrictions are unfortunately beyond my control.
