I purchased a umbrella for my patio set from ABC canopy this past May. Although the steel frame is sturdy and I have the UV protection on the umbrella, the solar lights are giving out already. And the so-called ability to tilt the umbrella is really poor. It tilts all the way over to the side, and there is no way to secure that so if there is a breeze then the Umbrella Just spins around and there is no way you can sit at the table with the umbrella spinning around. I have contacted the company about this and received a reply that they were sorry about the things that were deficient. They asked if I would adjust my review if they gave me a refund. However I have not seen the refund and they no longer correspond with me. So buyer beware is all I can say.

Simple design process, very quick turnaround of artwork, great recommendations of the product that would fit my needs the best, and amazing CS team that noticed I double ordered a product and they quickly updated my order and refunded my over payment

This most recent purchase, when there was a concern that I accidentally ordered the wrong item, the customer care team reached out immediately to confirm that I had intentionally ordered what I wanted.

I contacted ABCCanopy to get replacement cross bar brackets for our 10x20 tent. They were so helpful and patient through all my questions. The payment process was simple. We live in Ellensburg, WA where the wind gusts gets over 35 mph at times. The only issue we've had with our pop up canopy are loose brackets and screws, which is pretty impressive considering all the wiggle and jiggle our canopy gets in the wind. We've had our tent for over 2 years and just now getting replacement tents. If your looking for a good quality tent, that meets the fire code standards for commerical, then ABCCanopy has what you need.

My company hosts an annual golf tournament, I order ABC Canopies for the event. I am always happy with the customer service and the quality of the product. This is my 4th year ordering canopies from ABC!

Excellent service. I ordered two tents in two different colors. The website was easy to navigate and simple to checkout. The first tent arrived in perfect order and the second one two days later the same. Great quality. Will definitely be buying future products from ABC.

Super heavy duty canopy, well constructed and very fast delivery. Set it up in the back yard and was shocked at the difference from cheaper brands. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality.

I like the umbrella a lot. My only problem was getting a response back from customer service about a measurement of the pole. It took them a day or two to get back to me. And there's no phone number to call.

Recently received our 4th tent from ABCCANOPY. The 1st couple were the S1 Nova. We really enjoyed the ease and convenience of moving and setting up these canopies. How ever we let a customer use one and there was a storm that night and 1 of our 10x20 took on some damage. We ordered a replacement hex frame and the durability is much stronger. We also added a brand new S4 Alpine Master to our inventory as well. We are very happy with the upgrades and will continue to purchase our pop-up units from ABCCANOPY Highly recommend.

I purchased an ABC Canopy tent from Amazon in 2021. It is an amazing, wonderful tent that I have recommended to others enthusiastically. Recently, a freak windstorm bent one of the legs.

I tried to contact customer support through their online AI chat, which was frustrating.
I had been trying to order replacement parts for a few days, to no avail.

We finally received an email from customer support. At the same time, we tried going to the ABC Canopy website and got a security error message and could not open their site. Then we received a message from customer support that was not written by a native English speaker. This gave us some concern over the validity of the contact. After doing some research, we found out that their customer service is handled overseas. Another message from customer support came with a link to purchase the parts, but the link did not work because of the continuing security message and inability to view the website. Last night we checked again, and they had fixed the problem with their website. (We also have a website and have experienced the same kind of problem and understand how tech problems can be.) Once it cleared up, we ordered the items as instructed and hope to receive them soon.

I will continue to recommend their tents, as they are superior, but I would suggest that ABC Canopy provide a phone number for support. Website security messages and inefficient email communications can make customers reticent.

Not worth the extra money, it's the same cheap stuff you can get on ebay. Made several purchases and the quality did not match the price you pay.

UPDATE :

You asked me what I have before start/ship my order. And nobody tell me anything about the difference. I can ask a full refund from my payment provider but can you give my 1 month loss back?

They don't have any idea what they do. Almost 1 year ago I ordered a custom canopy from them with customized back wall. 3 weeks ago I decided to order side and front walls. I shared them my previous order number and placed my order. Had to wait because of shipment coming from offshore. And they sent a product with wrong zippers which isn't match with previous back wall. So it isn't possible to use those. I sent an email to them and the question was weird : "We just wanted to quickly check with you: was the rear wall ordered during your previous custom tent purchase?"

Again. I shared my previous order number with them, they have my email address etc..

Nice canopy, heavy duty waterproof canopy & strong steel frame purchased in May 2023 from Walmart.com, order # 2000109-31463452. The problem is that within a year the frame paint started peeling and rusting everywhere on all 4 legs, I spent today 7/12/2026 sanding and painting the legs. Needless to say I have switched to an EZUP canopy.
