I cannot recommend Louis Parker highly enough.
From the very beginning he has been exceptionally responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful.
No matter how many questions we had, it was never too much trouble, and he always took the time to provide clear, detailed explanations, ensuring we fully understood every aspect of the process.
What really stood out was his communication.
Louis responded promptly to emails and kept us updated throughout, and made what could have been a complicated process feel straightforward and stress free.
Louis demonstrated great knowledge, patience, and attention to detail & he gave us complete confidence that we were making the right decision.
Louis demonstrates excellent customer service, which is hard to find nowadays, but Louis consistently went above and beyond.
Thanks to Louis support, the entire experience was smooth, efficient, and he is a real credit to Kia.

Great experience from start to finish with mark from Crewe . Always kept me informed about the progress and after requesting for the vehicle early he managed to get it to me earlier than expected 👍best van I have driven and at a great price aswell . Can’t fault the service or vehicle

Louis Parker at ABC leasing got a great deal on a Kia PV5. He got the van to me with in the month of ordering. The whole process from start to end was so easy. I recently received my Kia Sportage
I recently received my Kia Sportage. First time leasing so had a few questions and was eager to get things sorted. We needed the car in a bit of a hurry, and the team were pretty transparent on timings for us. Mark was very patient and helped throughout. I would recommend using ABC Leasing, and I imagine they will keep my business when I am ready for a new car
