5* great experience
Went to have a look at a new Kia pv5. Went thought the finance options with Louis who was extremely helpful.
There was no pressure from Louis or the team to proceed with the purchase. I ended up returning the day after to test drive one and again it was so relaxed. After biting the bullet I decided to apply for the finance online and Louis called me the morning after to confirm a few things and process the application.
Obviously I ended up getting one.
I would highly recommend using them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if I needed to.

Leasing a Kia Sportage
Straitforward honest conversations over 3 or 4 weeks. Very helpful lone of a car for a couple of hours to get to know the make and model. All questions were answered straightforward and honestly. All the paperwork was very smoothly done and explained.

Very pleased with my new Kia Sportage. The process was fairly simple and Mark and the team at the office were very professional. The car was delivered a bit early, (07:15) and I could have ready done with a bit of a show round the various switches a d buttons, before the delivery guy went. But overall a very slick operation

I recently received a Kia PV5 from Acorn, and I couldn’t be happier with both the vehicle and the overall experience. From start to finish, the service was impeccable—nothing was ever too much trouble.

Amazing experience
My experience dealing with Acorn has been absolutely faultess. There is one chap in particular called Toby who has been outstanding. His knowledge, professionalism and customer service ethos is 10 out of 10. Give this chap a payrise! The delivery of the car was also a very positive experience . Acorn arranged the delivery of the car early on the day, exactly as I requested in the first place. The chap who delivered the car was very polite and courteous. If there is a minor degree of criticism this would be around the quality of valet... I think the dealership who valeted the vehicle could have done slightly a better job.. But like I said this is a minor point. All I can say to folks who are looking to lease a car with Acorn, do not hesitate at all. They are amazing,
