Didn’t like the product after I ordered because it doesn’t work as advertised so I attempted to start the return process as directed by the website. I was to send them an email to inform them that I wished to return the product for a refund. I waited a week for them to respond but to my surprise I didn’t receive anything so I attempted to contact them a second time. I waited another week and still no response. My guess is that they are waiting for my thirty days to expire and then they’ll tell me that the product is not eligible for refund. Truly a poor customer service experience.

I have been searching for a good foil shaver for quite a long time. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in my search.
