An excellent service received from start to finish
An excellent service received by Paul and Alex when buying a boot scooter. We went in to view them but wanted something with a little bit more power. They ordered in the Vista DX which is borderline boot scooter and road scooter for me to try. We went back when it arrived instore where Paul talked us through all of the demonstration, how to disassemble etc. we took it for a ride around the store and up and down the ramp there. I was more than happy with my purchase I asked if we could leave my car in their car park while I took it out on the pavements to put it through its paces. Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly, helpful, efficient, everything explained from charging the batteries to the warranty etc. What more can I say apart from an excellent service from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Abelworld, without hesitation for any disability equipment you may require. Brilliant doing business with them and competitively priced. Thankyou.

My dads wheelchair broke whilst we were on holiday in Llandudno, desperate we popped into Ableworld and Paul found a spare part and fixed the wheelchair for us - thank you so much that saved our holiday.

First Class Friendly Service
We were recently on holiday in Llandudno when my husband had a problem with his walker, we discovered that a bolt had been lost from underneath the walker, the friends we were with had purchased an item from another Ableworld store where they live, so looked on line & found an Ableworld in Llandudno, a very nice gentleman called Rob looked at my husbands walker, replaced the bolt & said there would be no charge, for this to happen in this day & age was a great surprise, so thank you very much to Rob & Nigel & we would definitely recommend them for the excellent service they gave us.
