Imagine this! I placed an order for over 250 euro. The actual ordering process failed in the very last step - I was still charged but basically for a non-existent order!!! I have contacted Customer service several times, I keep getting the same answer that the financial department needs to review that! SCAM

Three months ago, I purchased a pair of jeans from ABOUT YOU and paid using Apple Pay at the terminal when I received the package. Unfortunately, the jeans didn’t fit, so I returned them, and ABOUT YOU processed my refund.
However, today, three months later, they charged me twice for the same amount without any valid reason! Essentially, they just took my money from my card without authorization. To make matters worse, it seems they saved my credit card details, even though I never gave them explicit permission to do so.
This is unacceptable and feels like a blatant act of fraud. I am raising a formal complaint and intend to bring this issue to the attention of local news. Taking money TWICE for an item I returned months ago is a new level of SCAM!

I am waiting for my refund for returned items almost 2 months. Exchanged several emails with customer service without success. Never ever shop again.

Worst service ever
Worst service ever. Always makes mistakes on the returns. I have been following up on 1 particular return that I made back in July 2023. I returned all the clothes, even provided the slips from the post office and the company claims to not have received 2 items. I have provided all the proof that I can possibly provide, which is the post-office confirmations and the company still refuses to give my money back. It is not my problem that they have the worst tracking system for returns. They have literally stolen my money. On another return, after so many times of going back and forth, they were supposed to send back 5 amounts and only have sent back 2 so far. I had to bring it to their attention again, after which they said they are going to check with their finance department if the money was sent back or not. This is ridiculous that after I make a return, I need to babysit the company or run after the company to return my money!!!!!! Aboutyou, I expect that you will honor the proof that I have provided alongwith the affidavit, because now you are simply not being an honorable company. I as a customer have sent you an affidavit, a million emails and the necessary proof and you are simply disregarding it.

It has been a month since the return a I still haven’t received my refund.

Bezkonkurenčne najlepšie ceny, doprava aj vrátenie bez problémov. V poslednej dobe sa mi párkrát stalo, že mi zrušili položky v objednávke. Zamrzí to, keďže človek s tým strávi dosť času. Napriek tomu som spokojná a budem nakupovať ( hlavne topánky) naďalej.

Objednavka dorazila v poriadku , sice s oneskorenim (objednavala som v case ked boli zlavy a mali toho zrejme vela- ani neboli vianoce , neviem kolko cakaju ludia momentalne) , nie som zvyknuta na to ze pri objednavke zo sk/cr dorucenie a celkovo proces odoslania trval tak dlho, no nasledne mi poslali kupon na -10% , samozrejme potesi , ale mohli by popracovat na tomto odosielani do buducna :) to je len mala rada z mojej strany , inak spokojnost
