We arrived at Heathrow Airport, no boarding passes were issued and when we checked in all seats were scattered all over the plane. Thankfully the team managed to re-arrange and then whatsapp us all our seat numbers so that we were sat with partners. It's worth noting that when booking with A&B, you can't manage your own seats on a flight, pick your seats (legroom or window). All very hectic and not atall ideal.
We arrived in Singapore and hotels were great. Following the F1 race, we got engaged on this holiday. There was no response, or acknowledgement from the A&B team, not something they had to do, but some kind of acknowledgement or congrats would've been a really nice touch that they missed out on.
With us on the trip were two employees having a reward trip, seemed a little strange mixing staff with paying customers however they were clearly filling empty spaces.
I was also promised a feedback call following the event, never received. It would've been a good chance to speak to somebody senior and explain our experiences.
Personally, I wouldn't use A&B again and would rather plan my own trip. I think it would be much simpler and easier having the organisation in my own hands rather than two hosts with twenty other people to look after.

Toby Davies the sales guy had been calling me for months and offering lots of different experiences, we built up a great rapport and he closed me on the Six nations Wales v England game in Cardiff.
As a sales guy he is great and as I am a sales head and consultant I really appreciated his tenacity and style.
The weekend was just awesome, Amy and Chelsey looking after myself and my team from start to finish. They checked in on us all the way through the weekend and made it great.
How they fixed the weather and the England team playing so well I don’t know, I shall be using them again and Toby has already sold me another experience for later in the year.
I would highly recommend this company they are head and shoulders above others we have used.

Recently went to the Six Nations at Twickenham with Above & Beyond. Had a great day. Good food from Gaucho and a decent bit of sport. Recommend. Thanks Connor at Above & Beyond for organising smoothly.

Great trip to Dublin at the weekend with Above and Beyond.

This company will pressure you into booking and agree to anything to get you to sign, once signed you are trapped. Be very careful before doing business with this company there are many other companies available who are far more professional.

We used Alec at Above and Beyond for a once in a lifetime trip to the Fat Duck and it was exceptional.

We’ve used Above & Beyond on a number of occasions and they have been brilliant. Our main contact is Alec and I would highly recommend him. He really goes that extra mile to make your experience special.

First time Above and Beyond event delivered by Aaron Swaby. Concert at the O2 with excellent pre-concert meal at Gaucho and superb box seats in the arena. Everything worked and all my guests enjoyed the event. Will not hesitate to book again.

Great Event with Simon Shaw, excellent food, drink, great seats in Twickenham which made the whole day a fantastic experience for all concerned.

Much earlier in the year I booked onto this Las Vegas F1 trip as a celebration for my brother's 50th. The sales guy at the time gave the impression this would be a top tier premier experience (as I'd expect given the cost). This was not to be.

Firstly halfway though the year A&B told me the event wasn't happening. Or I could go but there'd be no A&B presence on site. There was no talk of a refund instead mind you. I declined the alternatives as they wouldn't work with our plans. Eventually I was told the event would now go ahead completely as planned.

- Flights turned out to be economy (not the premium experience expected), nor ever clearly communicated. The salesmen giving the impression that this would be Virgin Upperclass.
- No presence at airport for departure.
- No presence at airport on arrival (despite itinerary saying there would be) and then the reps themselves saying they'd flown in on the same flight
- No catch-up with A&B until 3rd day
- Promised "Cosmopolitan VIP rooftop party hosted by Above + Beyond, beers,
wines and soft drinks included." turned out to be a couple of beers in the corner of "The Losers Bar" in the hotel.
- Other guests were booked into a different stand / package. So no race day contact with A&B
- Rebooked my own return flights to give my brother the premium experience we'd expected. A&B offered to try and change the return airport transfer for us.. but then failed to do so. The transfer company messaged me and were still going to do the same time (we were already in the air by then)

I don't think there's anything about this experience that wouldn't have been bettered if I'd booked everything myself. That's what I've done in the past and now will do again.

Between booking this experience and attending I'd also attended Eng v Wales at Twickenham. This was also a fairly disappointing experience - essentially just a resell of some other package with the the so called "category 1 or 2 seats" being seats pretty much on the back row. Again, booking for myself would have given a better experience.

I'm also constantly getting matey sales calls for other events. Inevitably these calls requirement payment immediately to secure a spot. I will NOT be taking any more of these calls.

We booked the Royal Variety Show package and it was brilliant from start to finish. We had afternoon tea at Kensington Palace then on to the Royal Albert Hall for the show and finished off at the Aftershow party at the Natural history museum. Big thanks to Kady for organising.

Hospitality was simply stunning, as we're our seat in Twickenham.
The team started communicating with me a few days before the event and continued to do so on the day. Also members of the team were at hand in person.
Can't recommend these guys enough, I have booked several events through Tom, a great communicator.
However the most important part was my customers felt special!

I recently had the pleasure of attending a Formula One driving experience day, and I have to say, it exceeded every expectation I had—not just because of the thrilling driving day itself, but due to the exceptional service provided by the on site event team; Amy and Chelsey.

From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the team was well-prepared, organized, and dedicated to making every guest feel valued. However, the standout aspect of our trip was the attention and care extended to my fiancée, who had to accompany me last minute due to breaking her leg so I didn’t miss out. Initially, I worried that her limited mobility might overshadow the experience for myself and others but the girls (Amy in particular who arranged additional transport on the chateau grounds to our room AND even took the effort to pick up and drive my fiancée herself in her own car a few times times) went above and beyond (pun intended), to ensure it was anything but.

I’ve been to many hospitality events all over the world and general I’d say Chelsey and Amy’s care attention to detail was outstanding and made the event. It wasn’t just that their kindness and professionalism turned a potential challenge into a smooth, enjoyable day, unlike other events I never found myself even having to ask for another drink or having an empty glass or having to ask for anything really. Thanks to them the experience was even more memorable for both of us. Thank you 🙏🏽

Driving F1 cars is truly unbelievable. Thanks to Savile Row Projects (Mark Lane) I got to experience the best few days of my life. Coupled with the amazing company, thanks to SVP, and truly (F1) world champion hospitality that Amie and Chelsea professionally delivered, from Above & Beyond, our stay at the chateau and blast at the race circuit was a lifetime memory. If you’re lucky enough to go. Mark my words. Thanks to all the above, you’ll live the experience for ever.

I was lucky enough to attended an F1 experience at Magny Cours this October (2024). The hosts, Amy and Chelsea were absolutely fantastic, no request was too much trouble and their attention to the whole group was truly next level. The whole experience was amazing and I would highly recommend Above and Beyond to anyone looking for that special experience.

The event was something that has to be experienced to believe, I mean ... driving an F1 car! Unbelievable. The 'pit crew' were brilliant and very professional. Very tempted to book for next year.
