After years being in debt and trying to pay this myself I got into more and more in debt. I felt a shamed of being in debt And not sleeping or eating properly. But after I spoke to John he totally understands what I was going though and took a big weight off my shoulder. I dealt with a guy called Stuart. He was sooooo calming and reassuring.
I felt embarrassed and ashamed of the mess I had gotten myself into.
After 10 mins in the phone chatting. I felt a million times better. I would 110% recommend Above debt, to anybody struggling with debt. Help is literally at the end of the phone! Give it a try, I did and its the best thing I've ever done.

Strange people just sent my mother a WhatsApp message; she has thankfully not inquired about debt recovery or heard of this odd company. Called them up to ask why they keep calling today, and an angry Scottish man who sounds like his office is in a broom cupboard, demanded my mother's details. Not sure who these people are and why they are cold messaging people, but I would not respond to them. Odd to randomly send people WhatsApp messages to drum up business.
I can assure you no-one made any inquiries whatsoever. I also tried to tell someone that it's really inappropriate to target elderly people, who made zero contact with you and he was angry from the moment I called, though so was I. Not sure how you got her number, it's slightly unsettling. You called her numerous times, so I had to block your number. Also, are you based in Glasgow and using a London number?
Helped in the end, really wanted me to amend the review. Just took a while to stop them demanding more of my mother's details, not something I was comfortable with. Worked out in the end when we used more of the information they had already instead.

John was a real help when dealing with my debts. Thank you.

I contacted above debt after seeing an advert last week. I was at the end of my tether and so stressed with my debts that I didn’t know who to turn to, after a few simple steps I got a text and WhatsApp message from John who wanted to speak to me, after a conversation and going through my debts with me, I qualified for an IVA, he made me feel at ease, reassured me and went through everything step by step. I was apprehensive and embarrassed about setting up a recovery plan. But Stuart was very supportive.. empathic and non judgemental. He went through all my options and the pros and cons of each. I was able to make a well informed decision. He made the whole process painless as we went through each stage and having him talk to my creditors took a weight off my shoulders. I now have peace of mind knowing my finances are finally being sorted at an affordable rate and with the protection of government legislation.
