WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

The cleaner failed to communicate an arrival time, which made planning difficult from the start. The service itself was rushed — I paid for a 3-hour clean, yet the job was finished in just 1 hour, and quality was not there.

Several areas were left incomplete, and there was no final walkthrough to review the work or address any concerns. Instead, the focus seemed to be solely on collecting payment.

To make matters worse, I now have to redo the cleaning myself after paying for a service that wasn’t properly delivered. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not a service I would use again.

I found Absolute Domestic on Instagram as it popped up as an ad.
I was looking for a cleaner to clean my place and i thought i would give them a try. Everything went well, booking went smoothly and the cleaner, Diane called and make arrangement.

Until she came to my house today. I dont know about you but to me, you are here to clean the house. Why would you be wearing your outside shoe and the the inside of the house? What is the reason for cleaning then if you clean the floor but you dirty it again with your shoe?

And she was very rude about it and just said "then i won't clean your house then!!"

Fine, she left. Then someone from Absolute Domestics called and try to understand why she left. I told the customer service what happened and the customer service lady said "why would she buy a pair of shoes just to clean your premises?"

What kind of comment is that? I am not asking her to buy. You can take off your shoes. You are a professional cleaner and i need to tell you how to do your job?

This is the worst domestic cleaner ever. No common sense at all, the cleaner and the customer service lady. And they have over 30 years of cleaning!!!!!

I have a wonderful cleaner. She is punctual and does a wonderful job. I am happy with her work. She is very particular with her cleaning and enjoys her work.

We had a wonderful experience with Ugyen and Sonam. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough with their cleaning. Every detail was taken care of, and the space looked spotless and fresh when they finished.

They were also punctual, respectful of the home, and clearly take pride in their work. It’s rare to find cleaners who are both efficient and so attentive to detail.

Highly recommend Ugyen and Sonam to anyone looking for reliable, high quality cleans!

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Absolute Domestics. The experience has been very unprofessional and frustrating.

For the past two months I have not had a regular cleaner, despite being assigned several different cleaners during that time. Many of them either leave the company shortly after being assigned or simply do not show up for the scheduled clean, with no explanation.

Communication from their customer service team is extremely poor. We always have to call them ourselves to ask for updates, as they rarely communicate proactively. Complaints do not seem to be taken seriously, and there is no sense of urgency in resolving the issue.

Another concern is security. Some cleaners have come to our house to inspect the property and discuss the job but never returned for the actual clean. Allowing strangers into your home who then disappear without any follow-up is very concerning.

After two months without a cleaner, the only response we received was a casual phone call informing us of the situation, with no immediate solution offered.

Overall, this service has caused more stress than convenience, and I cannot recommend them if you are looking for a reliable and professional cleaning service.

There was some miscommunication until one hour in, the priority was to clean the bathrooms and kitchen for a deep clean in 3 hours but the at the standard this was being cleaned at was below average. Jennifer was amazing, Richard was merely invisible his work was awful. After complaining to Andy about this we ended up getting another clear, this also made the whole process very confusing as we booked cleaners through absolute domestic but were dealing with sparkly cleaning ? Anywho after much back and forth we came to the agreement that please take your time and do a deep clean even if it takes 5 hours, we’ll pay it we just want a good deep cleaning done, attached are photos left behind from the deep cleaning

I have had a few. Absolute domestics has been really responsive to my needs.

Gawranga, I’d highly recommend her . I am very happy with the results. She was very professional and helpful and very knowledgeable and experienced with cleaning. Looking forward to having Gawranga back in my house.

I had a cleaner come to my house and barely cleaned, was dressed casually, and stole a designer handbag from me and the agency did nothing!
The next cleaners stole money from my emergency stash ($1k) but because I didn’t have a camera, I couldn’t have them arrested. The agency did nothing!
I found an independent cleaner on Google who has been amazing and actually cleans, so I would NOT recommend anyone that Absolute Domestics sends. They’re useless at cleaning and steal.

Totally wastage of money not provided full service would not recommend at all

Prasad truly did an amazing job with our home clean! He was very thorough, very polite, very efficient and paid attention to detail! He genuinely did such an amazing job and left our home looking absolutely spotless, my partner and I just wanted to not only praise your company for ensuring this is the standard but also praise Prasad for cleaning our home so amazingly! We truly appreciate it so much! We have booked in next fortnight with Prasad and will definitely be booking him for our regular fortnight home cleans!

I have been using Absolute Domestics now for over a year and Yeika our cleaner is amazing. I don't even need to leave instructions she looks around and decides what she will clean each week. Very reliable, honest and friendly. If you want to get some time back Yeika is your lady.

I was talking to a friend who recommended her own cleaner. Gabrielle (Gabby) works for Absolute Domestics and a fortnight later she was working for me! We are very happy. She's a no-fuss, too-easy kind of cleaner and I have I the past known "I don't do that!" sort of cleaners. So yes, you have to still be connected to a cleaner that is right for you. Lucky us!
