Academy is a local company which can be relyed upon for a prompt and efficient service. We have used them several times over the past 20 years and the latest installation of a porch was fitted exactly how we requested. It was installed cleanly and neatly. Attention to detail can't be overstated.

This company goes above & beyond, we would not go elsewhere that decision is from personal experience.
Aran, Tony, Joe, Danny in fact we have never had anything but helpful considerate service from anyone at Academy.

Academy Windows has fitted a front door and a back door for us on separate occasions over the past five years. At each stage, from surveying to quoting and installing, we have been highly impressed by the courtesy, care and commitment to doing a good job shown by Academy staff. We are very pleased with the end results.

Brilliant communication and fast polite service on the phone. Efficient booking service and extremely high quality fitting by Danny and Joe. No pressure to pay quickly but we did anyway. Highly recommend

We were very impressed with Academy Windows from the first meeting with Tony to the completion of our replacement conservatory by Jim, Ian and Liam (just for one day). It took them three days to remove the rotting wooden one down & fit a lovely sparkling new one. Tidied up each day.

Cannot recommend highly enough. From Tony (who was so patient when we changed our minds about the type of windows and doors we wanted about 10 times) to the fitters, Liam and Joe who were so professional and tidied up after themselves each day.

The windows and doors look amazing and the price was lower than all the other quotes we received. Also we like that they don’t keep calling and chasing (like Anglia windows did despite them quoting nearly £10K higher than Academy!)

All in all we are completely happy with the process from start to finish and would recommend Academy Windows to anyone A*****

Just had two patio doors fitted. Service from start to finish was excellent great communication and the fitters did an excellent job and very tidy work.

Prompt action , within a couple of hours of contacting Academy Windows about an issue we had with the conservatory door ,they had dealt with it and in a very professional and friendly manner.
Have found them to be consistently a very reliable and efficient company .

It was great dealing with Academy Windows from start to finish. I needed most windows in my 3 bed house replaced and I found out about them from a family member and once I reached out half knowing what I want, they came back with a quote very quickly, then continued to work with me about special requests, questions, including but not limited to tweaks to individual windows, different styles and even early delivery and fitting for some of the windows, which helped me tremendously considering I had other refurbishments that depended on them. Aran was my first point of contact so particular thanks to him for coordinating everything about the order, and the fitters were top notch professional, fast and flexible, and replaced the windows with little to no mess, and without the help of scaffolding. I will be using them again for the rest of the windows and doors I have left in and around the house. Thank you!

From start to finish, Academy Windows have been highly professional and provided fantastic advice. The installation of my new windows and front door has been perfect. Have to mention Aran, who dealt with all my enquiries and Daniel who done the final installation. Would definitly recommend.

AMAZING! We had our windows fitted yesterday and our french doors being done today. The guys are super efficient, polite, professional and have done an amazing job.

The workmanship from Liam and Joe is amazing. I can not fault it. Both guys were polite, respectful and friendly. Helping me with an unusual gutter issue over the back door that will stop water ingress.
A shout out to Aran aswell. The planner , organiser and confidence giver. I had concerns over the extraction of the old Windows at the rear of the property. However after discussing with Aran my worries I felt confident everything would be okay. And it was....

Contact with everyone at the company has been excellent from initial enquiry, through order, delivery and installation. Quality is first class and customer service is exemplary. I would definitely recommend Aran and the team.

From start to finish, the service received has been exceptional. I phoned for an initial quote and a very friendly chap came over and done some measurements. Same day quote and another guy came by to do full measurements. I chose new door and it’s just been installed and to say I’m over the moon !!! It’s fabulous and my new quote is … That new door feeling.. ♥️♥️♥️ we can’t help but keep going outside to look at it! And the inside is just as nice. And the best bit…. We chose the dog paw knocker!!!! ITS AMAZING!!!! Love love love

Academy replaced our windows and patio door for us; they did an excellent job from start to finish. Danny and Joe were really friendly but professional. Aran was great and accommodated my timescale perfectly. No hesitation in recommending them in future.

Excellent service from initial visit to installation Joe and Danny did the install and were brill very respectful of my property and very good and making as little mess as possible and cleaning up
Windows are very good quality and definitely value for money

Wanted to say thank you for all work Academy windows have done for me. Very impressed and very pleased.
All of the guys have been fantastic, very professional, polite and friendly. The chap who replaced a few windows, Dave, very kindly took glued strips off windows from the pleated blinds in place and then replaced them on the new windows saving me from having to possibly order new strips and wait for them and then apply myself.
What a lovely guy, as I said, everyone has been incredibly professional and friendly and done an amazing job!!!!
