This company sells you non oem products but advertises them as oem. They don't work and when you want to just get a replacement they do not return your emails 10 emails sent to them to no avail. Total crooks plain and simple.

I was very happy with the items I received. I received 2 otter boxes, 2 car chargers, and 2 cords....BUT I ordered 3 car chargers! I have sent countless emails to them and have gotten NO response. I have sent the emails through their site, from my personal email, and without signing in...none of which receives a response! Their customer service is horrible! They have no number I can call and they do not answer my emails....I will not be ordering again from this company.

After ordering an iphone cord, it took about 2 weeks to receive it back in January. It didn't work. I contacted them for a return authorization, which I received after sending three separate emails requesting one. The return authorization form is on their site but it's difficult to find.

I sent it back at my expense (frankly, they should pay return shipping costs for something that isn't working). I sent it back in late January. It is now April and I've had no response from the company even after repeated emails and requests for updates. I had originally asked them for a replacement, then gave up and asked for a refund. To date, I've heard nothing. It's very frustrating as I run an online business myself and would never treat a customer this way.

I would caution anyone to think twice about using them. They may be legit, but you'd better hope you don't have a problem because there is no way to resolve it. Now I'm out the cost of the cord and the return shipping.

Was told the Otterbox I ordered (order #5702) would work with the sensor button on the I-5S but it does not. I returned it for a refund two weeks ago and have not received a credit or any response. I sent it back with a tracking number and know that Accessory Vision received it. I have sent messages and called by using a number that appeared on my bank statement only to get an answering machine. I have left 2 messages and have received no response. No phone number listed on this website at all, they say for security reasons. I just want a refund for the item I returned. I wish I had received the customer service others say they received from this company.
