The panel we ordered arrived damaged, I emailed customer service and within an hour I had a phonecall apologising and offering a replacement or refund. It was clear that this isn't a regular occurrence from the questions which were politely asked about the packaging etc. You don't know how good a company is until there's a problem, I was so impressed with how they dealt with this issue, and importantly I now know it's safe to use them in future.

Needed a couple of access panels in new bathroom. Found this company on line and put in my order on a bank holiday Monday.
Despite the site banner saying the office was closed for the day, my access panels were sent out same day and received next day.

A slight mistake had been made with the size of one of the ordered panels, but the follow up service and rectification was exceptional. Highly recommended.

They dealt with a situation really well: there was a delivery issue (item didn’t arrive next day as promised, nor the day after) but at the same time our needs changed as a contractor had told us the wrong dimensions. Thankfully they coordinated the return of the item from depot and full refund whilst I was able to reorder from scratch and received my delivery the next day.

We have quite a few more access panels to get including possibly some bespoke ones, so I will consider using these guys again because they pick up the phone and were able to actually deal with issues quickly and directly.
