We have been working with Accounting Assist for almost 3 years now and Anum and her team are always friendly, easy to contact and happy to help. Their flexibility with last minute requests and helping to explain anything we are unsure of has been invaluable, really recommend.

After our previous accountant retired and sold the business to someone who put the price out of our reach because he didn't want to bother with small businesses, I knew it was time to look for a new accountant. Anum at Accounting Assist was the first of several accountants to reply to my enquiry - within half an hour! From the first, she was reassuring and professional and very willing to work with me as a one-person business. Her price was excellent, much cheaper than our old accountant. I normally HATE the whole process of trying to keep and organise all the receipts and paperwork required to submit to an accountant (I'm terrible with figures), but Anum astonished me by simplifying it down to just sending her my business bank statements!! It was like a massive weight had been lifted off me! She took over all the complicated processes I had so dreaded before and made it all super easy for me. I had had reservations about having an accountant I couldn't visit in person (the distance is too far) but Anum kept in touch by text and email until the process was complete, emailing me documents to check and sign wherever necessary. She removed every scrap of stress around the whole horrid process and freed me up to just get on with doing my job (which I love)!
