No service provided, no invoices, ghosting.
I paid €450 on 6 April 2026 for a Meta business-account recovery service. The account restriction was lifted by Meta's own independent review – Meta's confirmation email stated the account holder "was not involved" in the issue that triggered the suspension – so the outcome came from Meta directly, not from work performed on my case. This has been confirmed internally by Meta's own support team.
The real problem came afterwards. I asked for an invoice for the €450 four separate times by email (24 May, 7 June, 13 June, 15 June) and again over WhatsApp. None was ever provided. I was told they "do not issue invoices, only receipts," yet no receipt or proof of payment was issued by them either.
The payment did not go to a company – it was taken via PayPal into a personal account (the name that figures under the website's info). The company doesn't appear on LinkedIn or any other platform, which raises serious concerns.
I'm leaving this so others can make an informed decision: be aware that you may not receive any invoice for what you pay, and that obtaining a refund has not been possible in my case, despite the company policy stating the moneyback being guaranteed if the service isn't successful.
Shady business. Avoid at all costs.
