If I could give ZERO stars, I would. You will be left waiting for support. No phone number to call just a chat bot who does very little. Every person that emails you when they do eventually get back to you, will be a different person.

Avoid this software if you want peace of mind. Technical team/consultants are not supportive, they do not like their job, team always go on leave like every 2 days & will not do their job. Support team can not supportive as they'll send most query to another team to get answer.

They've sent an increasingly desperate series of spam emails touting for business to completely the wrong person. Maybe try to get your customers happy enough to recommend you instead?

The support team were so quick to get to me with help for my problem. Dave was so pleasant, professional and efficient in dealing with my query.

Amazing reporting to facilitate decision making and strategic planning and gives time back tot he team.

If I had the option, I would not give AIQ software even a single star. The system has several limitations: invoices lack proper descriptions, journals cannot be edited, and the mileage claim function does not work across different financial years. Additionally, bank transactions can disappear from the system. We spend more time dealing with customer service issues than actually doing our work.

Accounts IQ is utter rubbish.
It is completely illogical. You cannot delete a claim should you make a mistake.
Adding an attachment such as a photo is fraught with peril because it doesn’t actually show whether the attachment has been attached.
Award winning App!? Really??!
The competition must be absolutely appalling!!

I've been using AIQ for 9 months. It's yet another software company that is always looking to be inventive while their core platform degrades. It's complicated to get simple things done. Their BI Code system is complicated and unchangeable. I've spent more time talking to support than actually using the system. You can't find any transactions in the system (unlike Sage50 which I upgraded from!). They recently purchased an expense reporting compnay and had the audacity to offer me to subscribe even though they already have an expense reporting module. It's impossible to update anything without going through the trenches.
Look elsewhere before you come here. I'm unfortunatley locked in.

AIQ has a unique approach to Dimensional Accounting which greatly simplifies the input of purchase invoices. Bank feeds are straightforward. Everything works very smoothly.

I absolutely love the flexibility of the software in terms of BI setup and reporting. It makes profitability reporting by project or department effortless. The VAT module is comprehensive and takes care of every minute detail of the VAT reporting.
The consolidation module is the biggest advantage the software has and it is very easy to use. It allows reporting on projects across the group entities and drill down on the detail.

I have been able to create invoices on the app. It works like a charm.

Implemented AIQ almost a year ago, would switch back to Sage in a heartbeat. A lot of issues with it, support is not great and its badly laid out so difficult to find the simplest thing. I wouldn't recommend

Just read the reply below, spoke to Vicki a few weeks ago about the system issues.
Unfortunately they remain unresolved.

Having implemented AIQ in September 2016 for Salamanca Group, the reporting ability is fantastic!

It previously took a couple of weeks each month end producing the consolidated accounts and management reporting packs (as we are a group with 80 entities) using a complex process run from spreadsheets. Having fully transitioned to AIQ, it now only takes a matter of minutes.

The consolidation process is very easy and deals with all of my overseas subsidiaries, minority interests and foreign exchange re-translations.

Great customer support - nothing too much trouble and the implementation process was seamless and easy.

This has been a life saver and I can honestly say that the only downside to AIQ is not implementing it sooner.

The APP is also great for approving invoices!
