Keep getting the same bs email response.
Simply avoid this scum service.
No package delivered no refund. They simply toke the money and ran away

They offered me a $1 refund for a $25 dog toy that they said was durable and long lasting. Our dog tore it apart in less than 5 minutes. They are now saying I have to pay to ship it back just to get another low quality replacement. DO NOT BUY.

I ordered 2 stuffed dog toys. They were guaranteed, replacement. They were listed as “indestructible”. When I got my notification that they had mailed it showed Italy. It took nearly 2 months to receive toys. They are not in Italy they are in China. My grand-dogs destroyed them in about 5 minutes. Most toys last 6 months to a year. When I requested my money back they refused, then in another email they said I could send them back but that mailing would cost me much more. The next email offered me $8 of the over $40 I spent on the toys.

I ordered the 3 pack of Indestructible bears. In less than 20 minutes my dogs had them ripped apart. I asked for a refund after submitting pictures. They initially offered me $10. I refused and told them I wanted no less than $30. They came back with $15. I again told them no, I wanted $30. They said they only had the authority to give me $15. So I asked to be escalated to a supervisor. They replied that I could return them and pay shipping to China or take the $15. I am so angry right now.

Bought the indestructible bear for my 6lb yorkie. He destroyed it in less than 3 hrs. I immediately took pictures and emailed the company for a refund. They offered $2. I refused. Next $4 then $6. I told them I’m putting in a complaint to BBB and demanded full refund of $33. We shall see their next move.

I bought the chew proof dog toy and it stated in the ad that if they destroyed it they would replace it for free. Well it lasted about 15 minutes and the dog had it destroyed. I sent pictures of the toy to these people and they told me the dogs teeth were too sharp and offered a 4$ refund. I paid over 30$ for this toy.

Total False Advertisement! The dog toy last no more than 10 mins before much had completely chewed off the ear. Stuffing was everywhere. I sent an email and they first offered $5 off, then $8 off. Horrible customer service and they do not guarantee a 30 days. Do not buy anything from them!!

Update!! They want me to send the toy back to China and I pay the shipping, then they’ll give me a full refund!! I’m not going to waste another dime either this Scam company!!!

I bought the indestructabear and our medium sized dog (55 lbs) destroyed it it 30 minutes. Company won't honor the warranty, which said guaranteed for 30 days. They offered $7 back after we payed $22 for it plus $8 in shipping. Scam company! Don't buy from them we are reporting to the BBB next.

I bought their Unbreaka Bear. The indestructible toy. My dog had it 2 minutes and the stuffing was coming out all over. They offered me $8 to go away. I wanted a complete refund. They told me to send it back to China, even though it shipped to me from Dayton, Ohio. Terrible product and terrible customer service. Don’t buy anything from them!!!

Bought an indestructible dog toy (bear)... Already in 100 pieces after 1 minute

Got refund of 10USD by paypal after complaint... But buying price was 32.16 USD

Also they ripped me of for 22 USD ... Cheap stuff they sen direct from china warehouse

Bought the Unbreakable toy.

After awaiting 25 days for delivery, My golden retriever was so excited to get a new toy. It was destroyed with in 90 seconds. Contacted seller to get refund, instead of offering me full refund 33$ they are trying to refund me 6.00$ Put in Resolution with PayPal. DO not Buy!!

Blantant advertising lies, and products not up to standard. Good luck finding a product that is worthwhile through this supplier.

ZERO STARS!!! This company is a scam and has zero customer service!! Never got my dog toy so don’t waste your time!!!!

Zero stars for the product and service! After prepaying for the product and postage I waited 6 weeks for delivery. Then it came with $5.85 postage due to get the package. The post office told me the return address on the package is fake. The toy did not come in a box as shown in your advertisement. My dog was able to tear the "indestructible" toy to pieces in about 30 minutes.

I waited almost 2 months for this toy and within 10 minutes, my 7 yr old gentle yellow lab had the ear torn off! What a disappointment. Do not waste your time and money!!

Same as the rest of these reviews. Not even six hours later fluff and body parts everywhere. Don’t believe the hype and save your money! I could’ve bought a better one and it wouldn’t have taken a month to get here!

Indestructible dog toy.
Paid for product and shipping 5 weeks ago. So far no product and tracking emails have stopped. I think I have been scammed.

I bought two indestructible toys for my two German Shepherds and within less than 48 hours the dog was decapitatted and fluff everywhere. I have tried to contact for an address to return these two toys two dogs I bought but they will not send a return address nor can u find it anywhere. Do not use this company, very fraudulent!!!!!!

Scam site. Fell for an ad of a dog toy for "heavy chewers" - my pup had the living room filled with floating fluff in about 30 seconds.

Took over a month to receive the product. Realized that they tacked on an extra $9.99 for "tax" on my Paypal transaction. Not shown on their receipt. (Not that they actually are paying the tax).

I guess I will see how well Paypal handles the dispute.
