Thus is a Christmas present so can only review from the buyers side. Website easy to navigate, was a good price reduction on Black Friday. Delivery was as scheduled. Well packaged and very nice presentation box and the watch looks great.

Went on the website to purchase an item, no discount code provided. Emailed Accurist got a reply then was told their team hadn't updated free postage option and then told they wouldn't honour this, finally had email ignored. Very poor customer service and don't honour their mistakes! AVOID

I liked the watch I ordered, though unfortunately it didn’t sit well on my wife’s wrist, so we returned it.
But I was VERY disappointed by Accurist’s presentation. The presentation case the watch came in was dirty - it had clearly been used before. I really felt there was no way I could give the watch as a present - the case it sat in was dirty.
And there was no classy leaflet, to tell us about the watch and to give a quality feel. How do you start a new Accurist watch that is stopped at ten to two?
I don’t know. Was I supposed to go to Timpsons and ask them to start it for me? Or was I meant to Google ‘Accurist watch start from new’ and follow a YouTube video for 2 minutes 40 seconds to show me how to do it?
Come on, Accurist. I believe your watches are quality products - show that in the way you present your watches, please. It will make a big difference.

bought an accurist watch 18 months ago wore it for 2 weeks then put it in a display case came to put it on this week and the battery was flat so went to the dealer and asked for a new battery which he did for me but the watch still not working it turns out the battery he took out had turned black and the new battery still not working

Ordered straps with black effect rivets and clasp, recieved, one with silver effect. Wrong strap, but still fits.
