We completed on our 'forever' home through ACDC this May. Charlotte was fanstastic and was very responsive. She was happy to answer any questions and arrange viewings when requested. It was a big step for us with lots of worries and uncertainty. Charlotte was understanding and gave us time to think.

Timeline was from Monday to Friday still trying to understand the speedy response and efficiency to which Charlotte executed completion of renting my property.

This is by far the best letting agent I have ever dealt with. The whole process was very snappy, extremely professional and straight forward.
