Every purchase I buy is so well researched and standards are superb. Collections of different artists by different contributors are so well thought through that the listening experience is so emotive. Good to see that relatively unknown or forgotten artists are given the recognition they deserve. Thank you for the recent purchases of Evie Sands collection and a Laura Nyro tribute collection.

This was my first time ordering from Ace Records, and it certainly won't be my last! Dave and Kay provided outstanding customer service throughout. They kept me fully informed about the restocking of Johnny Hammond's Gears album, which I ordered as a Christmas present, and it arrived exactly as promised.

Sent wrong album. Gave their word that they would refund my return postage costs. Sent the album back, they then refused to refund my postage costs of over £5. Dishonest and untrustworthy company.

I've used Ace/Kent a number of times now and they never disappoint. They often beat Amazon on price, offer free delivery and the product is with you in a day or two.

Have ordered a couple of times now. Both occasions they had best price. Ordered a box set late Thursday evening and delivery today Saturday: impressed.
