Ace Rent A Car in Redcliffe were extremely helpful with providing a hire car. Especially Steve who goes above and beyond to help customers out, I lost the key and he drove out on a Sunday to bring the spare as well as conveniently extend the booking for an extra week.
They ensured I was getting the best price and did not try to scam me out of more money or with hidden costs.
If I ever need a hire car again in the future I will 100% return and highly recommend them!

Steve picked me up and dropped me off at Terminal 4, he was helpful with bags, information and we chatted in a good friendly way.

Easy and quick experience

When I arrived at the airport I was let down by the company I had originally booked with. In short I had to start over with a new company. Yours was one recommended and with nothing available at that time of the afternoon, your agent managed to get just what I wanted by the next morning
When I arrived to pick it up it wasn’t getting me signed up and out the door but service that I was understanding the ins and outs of the deal but that I was comfortable with it and with the car itself. On returning the car I was making good on the agreed time but my phone navigation was sending me literally in circles. However the agent was understanding and helpful in booking the cab for me
