Stay away from these guys
Stay away from these guys, a very dodgy outfit. I sent them all the correct details about my Acer laptop, they sent the wrong battery. So far so good, I'm getting used to that these days. I was stunned when they told me the solution to the problem....I need to return the battery at my expense and then they will CHARGE ME a fee for their error. Come on guys, you have to be kidding. So let me get this right, you can send me anything, and if you get it wrong, I pay the penalty. I told them to put their batteries somewhere the sun don't shine.

Not reccomended
I ordered a battery from the Australian site which stated that shipping usually occurs between 1-2 days. After a week I tried contacting them. I had no reply to my emails or messages left on their site. Live message service was not working. After several days of no reply I emailed them through PayPal and received a prompt reply that the battery was not available and would be coming from overseas. Was this OK or would I like a refund, I opted for the refund. I had no reply and no refund. I sent another email asking for a refund. Several days later I opened a case with PayPal and like magic I received my refund overnight. I am so glad that I paid with PayPal. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THAT YOU BUY FROM THIS DODGY COMPANY.

Dear Customer,
I am sincerely sorry to hear about your negative experience with our company. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, and we take it very seriously.
I would like to address the issues you have raised and offer our sincere apologies for any inconvenience you have suffered.
Firstly, regarding the shipping delay and the lack of communication from our team, I want to admit that this was a failure on our part. We apologize for not keeping you updated on the status of your order and for the delay in responding to your emails and messages. This was unacceptable, and we are committed to improving our communication and customer service standards.
Secondly, we would like to clarify that the battery you ordered was initially listed as being available for shipment from Australia. However, due to an oversight, the stock availability was not accurately represented on our website. This led to the delay in fulfilling your order and the need to source the battery from overseas. We deeply regret this mistake and will take immediate steps to ensure that our inventory information is accurate and up-to-date.
In regards to your refund request, we are sorry that you did not receive a timely response from our team. This was a failure on our part, and we will ensure that our refund policies and procedures are clearly communicated and efficiently implemented.
