I didn't have issues with purchasing or delivery, but the quality left a lot to be desired. It was an acrylic charm, which is decently thick (which I like) but there’s a lot of bubbling on one side of it like the acrylic didn't seal properly. It wouldn't be so frustrating if I didn't spend $20 on it - at that price, I expected a higher quality product than what I received. It also has an extremely strong and unpleasant odor. The person sitting next to me could smell it; that's how much it projected.

I want to give my opinion as both view and also as their discord mod and an artist in this website

As a seller : This might be the best way/option to gain a bit of money if you cant get a job or just saving a bit of money on the side. I joined it on November 2025 if i remember.
I couldn’t get a job at that time and this was a best option that i had to get a bit of money after that i got declined from my art school multiple time.
At first i didn’t expect to get much money from my shop, i was kinda scared not going to lie. But it ended up very well! This was my first ever experience of having an online.

As a buyer : The shipping fee was very expensive for my country
It was for 4 to 6 bucks. Yeah that hurts but i cant blame them because it’s because of my country laws now. The delivery was a bit too long that i thought my packages were lost !!! But it ended up well. It wasnt broken or anything and the quality was good ! I wish we could track the order on another website than just acg good website because it was very confusing.

As a mod in their discord server : The server was a bit messy, im going to be honest. The first time i joined as a member, i was lost for 7 days. Because we couldn’t see some channels because of the discord server guide.
Also
Before the ticket was for Mods who were in the server so basically other mods can help if the ACGGOODS staff( not the mods) wasnt here. At least we can re-comfort the member because they were a bit scared and they were stressed as well because its their first time! Now we cant even see the tickets of members unless they ping us in.

Also about the others reviews are talking that the ACGGOODS staff sound “AI”
I just want to say that they used a translator because they dont speak English. They’re all speaking mandarin that’s why their reply looks very “AI”
Not everyone speak English especially when mandarin is VERY different from English. There’s no resemblance between them.

Delivery service is quite fast, the shipping included. I thought it would take a month or so to reach my country but only two weeks and with high quality goods, despite the package is a bit dented, I guess the courier in fault. 1000% will re-order more.

The website browsing experience is great. The items are good quality. My first order was successfully and safely delivered in 2 and a half weeks since I placed it and there is another one on the way. The production period does depend on the number of items you want or if they are already made or not.

There is a small cost difference between Standard and Fast shipping. I haven't tried the secret third option of express shipping since the ones in my country have a bad reputation. It's expensive (6 times more so) and not worth it unless you have a big order, in my opinion.

Communication happened only via 3 emails - paid, shipped & delivered - with access to check on the order without having an account on the website and access to a separate tracking website, with information for every custom clearance, so I knew where the package was in real time. Plenty for me, I really liked that.
Then a phone call from the local carrier and that was it. No need to join their discord server if you don't want to.

The packaging was neat. STICKERS are simply put in squarish plastic bag since they are fragile, then all of them go in a single envelope. PHOTOCARD art has its own envelope too and each piece comes in its own protection cover. BADGES & KEYCHAINS/CHARMS come in mini plastic bags with a cardboard like paper for extra support. Same material as the envelopes.

The only downside would be that everything is sealed in a plastic bag, though I understand why. I did manage to find a use for some of them and recycle the rest.

I've ordered from here as well as opened my own shop (but I haven't put anything up for sale yet sry)
As a buyer:
Shipping went quite fast (but it's important to keep in mind that it's shipping from China so fast means upwards of a few weeks, you can't expect it to be there within day, it's also made to order so printing makes it take longer than buying an already made product)
Everything I ordered was delivered and as expected, it was very nicely packaged aswell!
As a seller (so far):
The vetting process was smooth and i really appreciate the work thats put into keeping the website a good place for artists!
The community is super nice and the payment/fees are seem quite fair and are very transparent. At least as far as I've experienced ATP

Communication is primarily through discord, it works well but you get a lot further as both a buyer as seller if you join the discord

Item was lost in shipping, and due to having used a PO box they refuse to replace or refund the item. Why is a PO box against ToS? Your guess is as good as mine. If it isn't allowed i should have been told during checkout. Quick to take your money though.

Stupid AI responses for customer support and won't actually help any. They'd rather just give generic answers to problems than rather help. They'll steal your money for shipping and product and give a "sorry,you gave us a wrong address" when the address is perfectly fine.
Any positive reviews here is honestly fake.

Not even a 1 star because they do not deserve even that. Bot communication when you require about an order. Zero information is given when inquiring about your order and IF it has processed and WHEN it will ship.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

As a seller in a niche type, I really appreciate acggoods cause they are so easy to use and build my personal art business. The platform is free to open the store and I don't need pay anything in advance. They will take care of my orders and pay me monthly. I personally will recommend this to my artist friends.

I had a great experience as a seller in ACGGOODS the staff are helpful, and the steps to take was pretty easy. I'm very happy to sell merch of my original content and fan-merch when I couldn't handle the shipping but they got it covered! and it was great as a customer finding so many goods and had no issue there, it's a very great place for artists and supporting real artists!

Writing this review as a seller with 25+ sales. It's been an absolutely smooth experience managing and listing items without much issue. You have a earnings page and a shipping page. The site is still young but many improvements and updates are being made on site and on the wooacry discord. Many people who have ordered keychains and standees from me report great quality on prints and acrylic. The store service ships to multiple countries and they are still adding more options. Would recommend.
