A fantastic resource!

A fantastic resource for anyone on the same journey as Silvia! Really cannot be overstated how excellent this is - first hand experience, comprehensive, realistic expectations, fantastic knowledge. There isn’t enough support for patients going through this rehab journey and it’s brilliantly put together by a wonderful person who has been there, done it, and now back to sport and running! Well done Silvia - inspiring and the perfect patient!
