Do not buy from this company. They did not delivery until January for a Christmas present. They actually wouldn't cancel my order in December when I requested cancellation for missing shipping deadline. Now they have talked my credit card company into siding with them for the credit card dispute. When I have returned product and canceled order well before it was even shipped. DON'T DO IT.

Product received and was as expected but then a second order came in and not sure if I placed it or they sent again. So I returned the second one and have never received refund and no further response past them telling me where to return it... Super bad customer service. Never ordering there again.

I ordered hair clips for my duaghters three months ago. Order Status still says In Transit after 3 months with no contact, emailsor updates. I think I was scammed.

Ordered an herb stripper, weeks later received something made in China that doesn't look at all like the product advertised. Attempted to contact the seller to return, received absolutely no response. Do yourself a favor and do some homework. Tried to leave a review on their site and it wouldn't let me, even though I bought the product.

Same as the other reviews, I placed an order on Dec 20th and reached them via email to add more items on my order 3 times right after I placed the order, never get back to me, lucky enough to receive my order though!

This should be ZERO STARS. Same as many others. Booked my order 12/17. It is now 1/31 and I still haven’t received my order. Status update shows on 1/11 it was in NJ. I’m in MD. Shouldn’t be that freaking difficult. Contacted vendor. Of course no response. They took my money though! Lesson learned

Ordered in December; no receipt, no product as of the end of January. No response to email communication. This is a scam organization to be avoided. I will notify BBB and eat the loss.

Not an honest company. I tried to cancel my order within minutes of placing the order. The website says orders can be cancelled as long as the item has not shipped yet. I sent several emails before my items shipped 24 days later with no response. I requested to return the items that looked nothing like the item pictures. Very poor quality. I was told I could return the items minus international shipping. Once I stated that I tried to cancel the order and it never should have been shipped, I was ghosted with no further response.

The item was not pottery as advertised. It was an acrylic ripoff.

I ordered a wooden figure. It took over a month to arrive but aside from the lenghthy shipping time, product met my expectations and I love it!

Items received look nothing like what was advertised and ordered. They also come from China, but you never know that until you receive the tracking info and it takes 3-4 weeks to arrive. If you want your money back, they offer you 20% refund or a full refund if you want to pay shipping charges back to China. I wouldn't pay $1 for one of these herb bowls.

It was truth in advertising for the product, but I was a bit surprised how long it took and that it was coming from China. That might've meant I didn't purchase because from date of purchase (12/12/2025) to date of arrival (date of this review) was a little more than 3 weeks standard, but not too bad all told!

Zero Stars. I emailed to cancel the order before it shipped, 10 days later, they shipped it anyways after Christmas. The product was received today and the herb stripper pottery didn't match the quality of the images online, in fact, their images are stolen from an actual cermamic artist. I have now emailed again to initiate the return, but am not holding my breath.

Zero stars. Ordered 11/21, have not received as of 1/3. Initial email response claims my package must be stuck in customs. No response since then.

How i wish I would checked the reviews. Ordered the chapstick holder key chains on December 16th. Still waiting. According to tracking they are now in California. I have sent many emails with no response.There has to got be way to get our money back. These were supposed to be stocking stuffer. Not one single good review. UGH!!

The pottery product I ordered was nothing more than a cheap, ugly, spray painted bowl. It looks more like a fake dinosaur egg. I’ve reached out 3 times to either exchange or get a refund but haven’t heard a word. Buyer beware! I don’t unusually leave reviews but, in this case, I want to protect others from getting ripped off!

I never received the item I ordered on December 3, 2025. I sent email after email with no response. I received an email that it was shipped. THIS IS A SCAM. I just wasted $37.00!!! Do not order from this place.
