I had a good nice conversation with everyone and I have learn how to use the equipment needed to care, and how to perform my CPR on patients if sound on critical condition found on unconscious. It was a nice experience. They are really A CLASS CARE.

The trainer was very explicit with both theories and practical. He engaged everyone in the session with questions ,answers and explanation.Participation was 90% and interaction was more relaxed.

I wish to appreciate A class care for their generosity and deligent in their services offer as they can be trusted and much reliable with their services they offer .It was a great time spend with the trainer today and other trainees .I equally recommend A class care to any one and the community at large needing support for their love ones since they are credited with their retentiveness .

Training Review

The training courses were top notch. The instruction was very thorough going through the theoretical aspect of the course and citing scenarios that engage your intellect before moving to the practicals. He also puts participants through the paces in the practical aspect making everyone put into practice everything he has taught.

The training was insightful and educative
I was able to put my knowledge into practice as well which will help with memory.

A Class has been brilliant over the past few month's, such friendly manager's and great support staff that are always ready to help.

Carer's and manager's work closely together, to put together a plan that work's for me.

I love the care plan format that is used for me, thorough, and always updated.

Phone line's are always answered with a friendly and caring approach.

I feel cared for, and respected by all staff at A class, and look forward to what the future bring's.

I had a training. In fact it was very good because the explanation was very accessible and with a very simple and very understandable way of training. I had very good support, both in terms of training and documentation. I hope the Company continues to work in this way. Thank you very much and I hope the training continues with this quality.

I attended a manual handling and first aid training class, and I have to say it was absolutely fantastic! The trainers were so knowledgeable and made the session engaging and interactive. They covered all the important topics thoroughly and provided practical demonstrations that were really helpful. I left the training feeling confident and equipped with valuable skills. I highly recommend this training session to anyone in the care industry. It's definitely worth every minute!

AClass were appointed to provide emergency 24/7 care to someone in their own home with extremely short notice and only for a short time. Despite this they wrote a very good care plan and provided carers who were professional and enthusiastic. Communication was good and overall they exceeded our expectations. We would recommend them.

The training was absolutely fantastic. The trainer was very knowledgeable and passionate about the topics he covered. He provided practical examples and exercises that really helped me understand and apply the information. I feel much more confident in my caregiving skills now. Highly recommend this training to anyone in the care field.

I'm happy with the first Aclass care company .they have the good customer care ,they make you feel.your are part of the company before your start day ,every thing its done through communication with an email and phonecard.

They guide me through the way to the induction ,l attended my inperson induction on the 2nd of April which was held at Cambridge, it went we all the company team were so good ,
