I've now stayed at 2 different properties through Vision Apartments and have enjoyed each stay. The check in process is easy and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I just booked my third stay!

affordable & easy to book!

I've now stayed at 2 different properties through Vision Apartments and have enjoyed each stay. The check in process is easy and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I just booked my third stay!

Disappointing customer support.

There were several issues with the tool where it did not show the "real" rate of the accomodation. The customer support wasn't helpful at all. I kept getting bounced back and forth with non-English speakers and finally when I found someone who spoke English, they basically could not support me. I am very disappointed especially with the customer service support.

I clicked on book now and then the website stopped working. I needed to refresh the complete website by scratch and re-did the booking.

Booking and Invoicing process is so far ok, but with other sites I had no issues with website interruptions. And cookies were accepted. Internet was available.

Worst usability of booking process

The previous process was much better before.
I already had an account with my ID on it. Why did I have to re-create an account? What happened to the data of my previous account? I should have been notifie since you had my email address.
Why did I have to send 2 emails, 1 to confirm my payment & another one to send the paiement confirmation? why don't you do that yourself? With today's technology customers should not have to do that.

Great portfolio of of accomodation

Great portfolio of of accomodation. Pics and information are of good quality.

Time consumimg was that fact that restrictions linked to my profile (Budget) and subsequent offers for alternative search weren't taken into consideration.

Although I made one reservation

Although I made one reservation, I received two different reservation numbers. One with the correct dates and the other one was with differrent dates I did not specify.

Finding a place via Acomodeo

Finding a place via Acomodeo was difficult:
- You get an overview of possible places when entering a search, but those places aren't necessarily available
- Difficult to get an overview of all the enquiries and the answers (or no responses). It would make much more sense to get a complete overview in f.e. a list where you can find all the enquiries with the status. The status can be: 'requested', 'full', 'offer'. This was really hard to see.
- You can also only see other offers when you click on one of the enquiries.
- I was not able to see all my enquiries in the list. So I was not sure if they went out or not. After contacting the help desk, the told me that the enquiries went out but there wasn't a response. I could not find this on my own.
- Since I did not get a lot of offers/respones, we took contact with some owners and the said that they didn't get a request of the platform since months. So it seems that something is wrong with the system and Acomodeo registrates it as 'no answer'.
- The fees of extra services for f.e. pets or parking are not visible until the booking, but have an impact on the price/night

Good apartment, inefficient booking process

Good: The booked apartment was great in terms of location, amenities, and services provided by the host.
Needs improvement: The process for finding an apartment was tricky. Initially the platform showed many different apartments in the city that could be booked, but after submitting a request for quote all but one of the apartments were marked as unavailable.
The day before check-in the host asked for payment even though the payment should have been handled by Acomodeo through my employer. Acomodeo's customer service was helpful, and although the first customer service representative could not resolve it I got a callback with explanation and they clarified the situation with the host. But I think the issue should be avoided in the first place by having clear communication between Acomodeo and the apartment's host in advance.

Booking not reliable

First, when I input the parameters and the dates, the site showed me 2 available options, however, when I tried to book them, they were NOT available, although still appearing to be so.
Then, when I was finally able to book a third option, I contacted the accomodation to clarify something, and they informed me that they were already booked on some of the days I had also booked.

We lack again for enough suppliers in…

We lack again for enough suppliers in the small cities. Thanks to our contact person we managed to find out 1 apartment covering our needs but as it was external provider to you we needed to break our internal policies and to pay via banc transfer instead of credit card payment. Also, the provider didn't give us enough time for considering the apartment - we received the offer in the late Friday and we were told on Monday that we should decide if we are booking the flat or not.
