I have had the pleasure of working with Simon and his agency for a few months now and I must say that it is one of the few agencies that really cares about the comfort of its tenants. If any repairs are needed, agency staff respond immediately and ask for good quality materials. The tenants I spoke to also praise the contact with the agency and their care. Acom helped me touch up my property before letting it. They had a builder ready and waiting. They also advised me on the latest landlord requirements and certificates. You can tell that they are very experienced and will definitely be using them again.
