Recently purchased a higher end PC, I normally build my own but this was great value and 3yr warranty was appealing. Amazingly they delivered it themselves a 200miles round trip! Great PC, would highly recommend.

I could not get my brother's old PC to link to a monitor. They fixed it in a few minutes, gave excellent and valuable advice and did not charge me. And it was a Sunday! I may get them to put a SSD in for me and look at my son' computer.

Had 3 PC's off ACPC in last 12 months
1 for myself, my daughter bought one in February and just ordered and collected one for my son.
Absolutely amazing machines, and the help from the staff both via msg on Facebook/email and in store been brilliant

After purchasing through the online store it only took 2 days to deliver with local evening delivery when the delivery arrived they were very nice and informed and helped me ease my worries aswell as even telling me how to install the wifi adapter I purchased so I wasnt staring at a manual for hours afterwards I set up the pc and monitor, after turning it on I noticed they had already installed a benchmark for me to test the fps which helped me get a grasp on how the PC would run with games which runs amazingly the design of the pc itself and the RGB and fan placements make the inside of the pc looks like fireworks while keeping it completely cool if I could I would give the store a 10 star rating and will definitely be recommending it

Would highly recommend Acpcs as my order was built and personally delivered within a week..Tower looks amazing and will definitely be ordering again..10/10..

Called into shop whilst in Liverpool, great advice and help, ordered the pc online and delivered quickly, my grandson is over the moon with his new pc, would highly recommend to anyone

This is the third PC that I've bought over the past few years, two for kids and now one for me. Price and specs are excellent with great customer service. I asked on ordering for a slight change to a standard model and was quoted quickly and given a very good price.

Bought the first PC nearly 7 years ago and it's still going strong and hasn't missed a beat. Had to email them recently for a minor issue with the newest PC, had a reply within 15 mins on a bank Holiday. Can't argue with that to be fair!!

Would 100% recommend and indeed have done to a number of colleagues.

It's the second time I buy a PC from Acpcs and I am always happy with my orders. Super speedy shipping, item carefully packed, received as described, friendly and attentive staff. Buy with no hesitation! I highly recommend.

We bought an already built PC set up for our son's gaming. He plays all the AAA games and this runs them all no problem. Has not had any issues with it at all, running perfectly. Service was great and so was communication (as we had no clue what we were doing). We went back recently for help to see if they could connect to a new separately bought VR System which they helped with.

I bought a new PC from this website and company... I'm sorry I couldn't write a review sooner because i was in a big hurry for a few days- That I believed the description and I bought such a low quality PC. (If that can be called "Quality")

I didn't buy a super powerful PC, but according to the descriptions and photos - I didn't buy the cheapest or lowest quality option either. But the truth is that everything installed in the PC is the lowest quality on the market, absolutely worthless and several parts don't even have a brand, they're generic unbranded parts. The biggest deception, and the website doesn't even tell you in detail exactly what parts or make/model they are. GPU is the cheapest on the market and not as advertised in photos or descriptions, case filter damaged, the whole PC is absolutely worthless.
The fans work so hard even on silent mode that you can't even be in the same room because of the noise they make, they sit at above 1000+ rpm and there is no software for them because its unbranded.

I am greatly disappointedd and angry- I have never purchased such a poor product in my life and gotten barely any worth for my money except for the CPU... And they advertise as "Gaming Experts".

I strongly advise anyone to beware of such experts and look elsewhere for reliable, in depth and detailed information. Don't even look at buying here.

Disclaimer! My experience was from 3 years ago. Things may have changed in-store but online the value is hit and miss.

So I bought a system in 2023. I can't fault the build quality until this day it's still going strong.

However, I pair if I'm not mistaken £650 for a system at the time looked and sounded really good. RTX 2060, 16GB RAM, Core i5, SSD. Playing games on it was fine maybe not as good as I was expecting but was certainly better than say a PS4. I didn't know a thing about PC components. I was assured it was decent. I can't lie it was decent.

As I started to learn about components. I soon started to realise I paid pretty much £300 to much for the pc. Remember when I mentioned the CPU was a i5? I certainly got a i5 yes. But it was a i5 4440. At the time of buying in 2023 was a near 10 year old CPU. A CPU that shouldn't of been paired with a GPU such as a rtx 2060. I was not getting the full benefit of the 2060 because the i5 4440 was a slow 10 year old CPU.

So as I right this I'm fairly bitter. Yes I got a nice looking pc that 2 years later is still working. But as I mentioned I was sold a system with a decade old CPU. If I had known about computers in 2023 I certainly wouldn't of paid roughly £650 for a system with decade old hardware.

I don't know what things are like in store. But their online shop is still in the realms of rip off.

For example,

As of 29th/3/2025. You can purchase a system for £699. The title of the system is One Off Deal Intel Core i7 32GB NVIDIA Geforce RTX 4060 VR Ready Gaming PC ACX406.

For £700 and you see rtx 4060 and 32gb ram and i7. On paper it looks like a great deal. Until you scroll through the description. The i7 is a i7 6700 a cpu that released in 2015 10 years ago! This is roughly a £40 CPU on the second hand market. I'm also certain the CPU's they use are used as I doubt they have brand new 10 year old CPU's on hand.

Then I look at other systems such as ONE OFF DEAL Ultra fast CORE i9 12900K 32GB RTX 4060 VR READY GAMING PC ACX482.

£1000 on paper that's not bad. Considering that cpu spite being 3-4 years old. It's still a £300+ CPU. So what's my issue with this?

If you look carefully they have it paired with a intel h610 motherboard. This is the lowest of the low compatible motherboard for this CPU. A motherboard that simply does not have the VRM to handle the 12900k at its full potential. So you are losing a fair bit of performance because the absolute cheapness of the motherboard.

So all in all. Nice staff members they build really nice looking and clean systems that work. But overcharge a massive amount on decade old hardware and pairing it modem 2 year old graphics cards that will be bottle necked by the decade old CPU.

I recently bought a "OneOff" PC. From the first contact to actually having it delivered, it was a decent experience. My first contact was Alan, he managed to convince me to part with a huge sum of money, mainly because I couldn't understand the local dialect, and in between the "calm down calm down", he had me at I got what you need. On the day of it's arrival, I opened the door to be confronted by a lady that I would soon come to know as Julie. I tried to help her with the bundle but she bent down lifted it and forced her way into my house, I felt that I was about to be robbed but the truth is, it is I that feels as if I've robbed them at the price I got it for. It was hand delivered because it was a higher end machine, but the personal touch just made it better. I've had 1 or 2 issues/questions but nothing that affected the running of the machine and every time I've spoken with them, they have been nothing but helpful and understanding. I'd use again and would recommend them to anyone, give them a try, and you won't regret it.

I have bought 3 pcs from here. I have 2 teenagers and 1 was a trade in. Excellent and knowledgeable staff who are really lovely. My daughter is autistic and she was so impressed by how friendly and helpful Alan and Julie were. She gets very anxious on certain situations and was really happy to go back to collect her pc which is something she doesn't normally do. I would definitely recommend this company and if I could five more than 4 stars, I would.

Had my prebuilt pc off them a few months now and no complaints. Great machine, runs well and is clearly well built. Even provided the boxes to the components that were fitted which is a nice touch.

Were very communicative throughout. We chose the local delivery option as we're in Manchester. They were super polite and on time.

Couldn't recommend them enough, fantastic service. Much better than the 'larger' services that offer prebuilt machines and they seem better built too!

My pc doesn't have to option to turn on/off Bluetooth it says Couldn't connect and also says the pc doesn't support Bluetooth. When I also go to device manager Bluetooth isn't there. How do I fix this

Highly recommended, I have two pcs from here one for me and one for my son. The prices are exceptional and the service is also fantastic. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a pc now. So if you’re looking for a decent pc at an excellent price this is the place for you.

I bought the cheapest gaming pc for £600.
Amd Ryzen 5 with a 3050 rtx, gaming at medium settings with no performance issues, which includes an outstanding stable gaming experience.

10/10. They have a very friendly and helpful attitude which make them a great customer service. Overall experience is very satisfying.

Customer service was excellent from initial enquiry and advice by Marie, through to in-person delivery by Julie. I never felt any pressure to spend more than my budget, and all the advice I received re. changing components was based on sound compatibility reasons.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I am very happy with their build - price and quality - and their customer service is above and beyond.

Little hiccup at the start which got resolved super fast, The pc is working all as good now, Quick responses on fb, Phone calls were helpful ( and i suck on phones )

Phone calls/fb messages all helpful quick and respectful, And the deliver driver who fixed my issue as soon as they could, Great company great quality goods just like there staff and response's
