Couldn’t recommend enough!
I have been searching for a working cocker phone case with colours that represented my boy for months! I messaged on the off chance the team would be able to help, I had the delight of speaking with Lara who was able to help. Not only did they not charge me for an almost custom phone case they got the exact look of my precious boy! Can’t thank them enough and will no doubts be ordering from them again soon when my partner sees the case

Excellent phone case, bad shipping
I like your phone case. It is stunning! Now about shipping and packaging. They are seriosly compromised. It took my package to arrive almost 2 weeks in Europe! The tracking number provided did not disclose any reliable info. The packing was worse than Temu. No branding, no box, no tissue paper. Nothing. No effort at all. No recycled and recycble materiels, just the cheapest possible option. Will think long and hard if I am going to be a customer again.

I’m genuinely sorry the delivery let the experience down. You’re right that two weeks is too long. Because we print each case to order and don’t yet have a facility in your region, orders to Bulgaria travel further than we’d like, and the tracking on longer international routes isn’t as clear as it should be. That’s honest feedback and we’re taking it seriously as we look at how we serve customers across Europe.
On the packaging - as a small brand we currently keep it deliberately minimal and low-waste, but I completely understand wanting the unboxing to feel as considered as the product. It’s something we’re actively thinking about as we grow.

The order came really quickly and I absolutely love it, such a beautiful phone case. Have had it about a week and so far is withstanding how often I drop my phone. Hope it continues and I love seeing such a gorgeous painting whenever I pick up my phone.

Fabulous experience
Fabulous experience. I emailed enquiring if they would do a custom dog phone case as I adored theirs but my dog was a rare breed. Much to my surprise they responded so quickly and were eager to help. They quickly produced me a design and sent it back for approval. I had a few tweaks but they accommodated those quickly and it was dispatched within 3 days ! Absolutely love the case and had so many compliments on it

Gifts for the family
This is the second time I bought from acquamara, first purchases were from the Basque line. I use La Gilda all the time and my husband loves his! The second time around were gifts for the rest of the family from the Dogs of England and they all love their cases! Very good quality and really chic, 10/10 would recommend!!

The design is beautiful and the phone case is high quality! It feels like it will really protect the phone with the dual case. The MagSafe option is also great for use with accessories.

EL VERMÚ - iPhone 12
Just got this phone case and I’m honestly really impressed. The colors are super vibrant in person and more eye-catching than I expected from the photos. As I'm using an iPhone 12 the case model isn’t supposed to be MagSafe compatible, but it has worked out better than the usual silicone cases I use and it feels sturdier. Definitely a solid upgrade for me.

I loved the designs and ordered the Turbot one - used Apple Pay very easy process. Case arrived in 2 days to SW London. I really like the sturdiness with the second layer and the quality is very high. Highly recommend!!
