Avoid, lack of communication and fake goods.
Found some discontinued Acqua di Parma items (or so I thought) on this website. Supposedly based in New York but ship from Singapore. Placed order and was supplied with a difficult to track, shipping number. After two - three weeks my package arrived. Inside was a pair of fake Ray-Ban sunglasses, not what I had ordered. Now if they had been genuine, then I would have accepted a order picking error. Sent them two emails, one via “contact us” on their website, and another replying to the shipping notification, both ignored. After a week I raised a report with my credit card company, stating what happened, the retailers lack of reply, and requested they investigate, ultimately wanting them to refund me, as I hadn’t received the items ordered. Two months pass, still waiting on my credit card company to refund me, and I receive an email from acquaoutlet.com apologising for the “mix up”, this I believe is in response to communication they have received from my credit card company.
Do yourself a favour, I’m out of pocket to the tune of £85 with a pair of fake Ray-Ban sunglasses. AVOID.
