I just arrived in London, and already feel like home
I just arrived in London, and thanks to Acres Property, I already feel like home.
With this agency, I was able to find my room and fill all the paperwork in less than a week. The people are really nice and they make you feel special as a customer, as they are looking for the best room that suits your needs.
Special shoutout to Ben and Natalia who have been super helpful for viewings and finishing all the paperwork.

The property was nice
The property was nice. It had everything I needed. It was in an ideal location, close to greenery, shops, pins and restaurants. The furniture was in good condition and the room was spacious with good storage. Anytime the property needed something done, my tenancy agent handle it right away. Good service.

Acre makes life very easy by providing wifi, covering utility bills, cleaners and more for just one fixed payment a month.
They're very prompt with the repair works that are needed to be carried out, and enough notice is given before anyone is to enter the property to come to fix an issue.
I recommend them anyone looking to rent around London and especially first-time renters.

Well organised agency. Smooth move in. Good quality rooms. Happy to change things if needed - for example initially had a really bad mattress and they changed this within 2 days. Overall happy with service and would use again
